Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ զգուշացումը

Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ փոխնախարար Միխայել Գալուզինը հայտարարել է, թե Հայաստանը դադարել է հետաքրքրություն ցուցաբերել Ռուսաստանի հետ շփումների նակատմամբ արտաքին գործերի և պաշտպանության նախարարությունների ուղղություններով։

2023 թվականի նոյեմբերից արտգործնախարարների հանդիպումներ չեն եղել, իսկ հայ գործընկերները շահագրգռված չեն ռուսական կողմի առաջարկությամբ, մշակելու և կնքելու ԱԳՆ-ների միջև խորհրդակցությունների հերթական ծրագիրը, նվազում է նաև ռազմատեխնիկական համագործակցությունը։

Գալուզինը նաև նշել է, թե Հայաստանի չմտածված քայլերը կարող են անհնարին դարձնել Ռուսաստանի Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության այլ երկրների հետ միասնական պաշտպանական տարածք ստեղծելու համատեղ աշխատանքին վերադառնալը։

Ըստ էության, Արևմուտքի և Ռուսաստանի ոչ թե օրեցօր, այլ ժամ առ ժամ սրվող հակամարտության պայմաններում, Գալուզինը դիվանագիտական ձևակերպումներով Հայաստանին նախազգուշացում է անում, որ ծանրագույն հետևանքներ կարող են լինել։

Առայժմ պաշտոնական Երևանին փորձում են հեռու պահել Արևմուտքի հետ հարաբերությունների առավել սերտացումից, դրանից բխող հետևանքներից, բայց հաշվի առնելով Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարարաների հայտարարությունների վերաբերյալ փաշինյանական վարչախմբին սպասարկող փորձագիտական շրջանակների մեդիայի արձագանքից, կարելի է եզրակացնել, որ գործող իշխանությունը բավական լավ է հասկանում, թե ինչ է անում և շարունակելու է նույն ուղին՝ հնարավորինս ավելի վատթարացնելով հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները։

Թե ի՞նչ հետևանքներ դա կարող է ունենալ Հայաստանի համար, կարծես որևէ մեկին բացատրելու կարիք չկա։ Մոսկվան, մի կողմից փորձում է փափուկ ուժ կիրառելով տեղ հասցնել իր դիրքորոշումները, մյուս կողմից՝ աստիճանաբար սկսում են արձանագրել՝ Հայաստանի իշխանություններին առանձնապես չեն հուզում Մոսկվայի հետ կապերը։
