Ռուս ֆիզիկոսները կատարելագործել են արևային մարտկոցները տիեզերքի համար

Չեռնոգոլովկայի և Եկատերինբուրգի գիտնականները կատարելագործել են պերովսկիտ արևային մարտկոցները տիեզերքում օգտագործելու համար: Այդ վահանակներն ունեն բարձր ֆոտո և ճառագայթային կայունություն, ծառայում են 3-ից 10 տարի և կարող են փոխարինել թանկարժեք սիլիցիումային վահանակներին, գրում է itinfo.media-ն։

Փորձագետները բացատրել են, որ ներկայումս տիեզերքում հիմնականում օգտագործվում են սիլիցիումային արևային մարտկոցները, քանի որ դրանք դիմացկուն են վնասներին: Պերովսկիտային վահանակներն ավելի հեշտ են արտադրվում, ավելի էժան են և ունեն ավելի բարձր ճառագայթման կայունություն: Եվ Ֆիզիկոսների հիմնական խնդիրն էր նվազեցնել պանելների քայքայման արագությունը ֆոտոնների փոխազդեցության ներքո։ Այդ խնդիրը լուծվել է եվրոպիումի ավելացմամբ, հիմա պերվոկսիտային պանելների ֆոտո և ճառագայթային կայունությունը աճել է 1,5-2 անգամ։ Բացի այդ, պերովսկիտային արևային մարտկոցները մոտավորապես 6 անգամ ավելի արդյունավետ են, քան սիլիցիումայինները. մեկ գրամ քաշի հաշվարկով դրանք արտադրում են մինչև 20 Վտ էներգիա, իսկ սիլիցիումայինները 3 Վտ/գ։

Գիտնականները նկարագրել են իրենց մշակումը և կատարված թեստերը և հրապարակել այն Journal of Materials Chemistry A ամսագրում: Այս ամենի շնորհիվ Ռուսաստանը կարող է դառնալ առաջին երկրներից մեկը, որը կսկսի օգտագործել պերովսկիտային վահանակներ տիեզերքում:
