Արևմուտքը չունի անվտանգային այն պրոդուկտը, որ կարող է տալ Հայաստանին. Արշակ Կարապետյան

Հայաստանի գործող իշխանություներն իրենց դիլետանտ քայլերով Հայաստանը մտցրել են աշխարհաքաղաքական փակուղի։

«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանն է այդ մասին ասել ռուսական «Կուլիկովոյի դաշտ» հաղորդաշարին տված հարցազրույցում։

Արշակ Կարապետյանի կարծիքով՝ անվտանգությունն ամենակարևոր բանն է, որի կարիքն ունի հայ հասարակությունը։ «Երբ իշխանության եկավ փաշինյանական փողոցային թիմը 2018 թվականին, հիմնվում էր կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի կարգախոսների վրա, բայց դա այսօր մեր ժողովրդի համար երկրորդական խնդիր է»,- նշում է Կարապետյանը, փաստում, որ այսօր թշնամին դռների մոտ է և ազգային անվտանգության հարցն է ամենակարևոր ու գլխավոր պահանջարկված բանը հայ ժողովրդի համար։

Կարապետյանն իր հարցազրույցում խոսել է նաև արտաքին քաղաքական վայրիվերումների, այդ ոլորտում գործող իշխանությունների կատարած անհեթեթ և վտանգավոր քայլերի մասին, նշել, թե Ռուսաստանի հետ Հայաստանի հարաբերություններն ամենակարևոր տեղում պետք է լինեն, իսկ Արևմուտքը չունի անվտանգային այն պրոդուկտը, որ կարող է տալ Հայաստանին: «Անձնական համակրությունները մի կողմ, պետք է ռեալ գնահատեն իրավիճակը»,- նշել է Կարապետյանը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ փաշինյանական վարչախումբը հրաժարվում է իր ռազմավարական ամենակարևոր դաշնակցից, որը միակ ուժն է, որ զսպում էր Ադրբեջանին, իսկ թշնամու հետ որևէ խաղաղ պայմանագիր չի լինելու։

Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալ-մայոր Կարապետյանն անդրադարձել է նաև Իրանի հետ հարաբերություններին, ասել, թե Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները թեպետ չեն հրաժարվում նրա հետ շփումներից, բայց առանձնապես ջերմ բարեկամություն էլ չեն անում, քանի որ գտնվում են ԱՄՆ ճնշման տակ, մինչդեռ Հայաստանի անվտանգության ապահովման կարևորագույն երաշխիքը կարող է լինել Հայաստան-Ռուսաստան-Իրան ռազմավարական առանցքը։

Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարարն իր այս առանցքային նկատառումները ժամանակին հայտնել է նաև գործող վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, վերջինս, սակայն, ոչ միայն չի տեսել այս նախազգուշացումները, այլև ամեն ինչ արել է Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունները փչացնելու համար։ Եվ հենց սա է գլխավոր դավաճանությունը, որ իրականացրել է փաշինյանական վարչախումբը հայ ժողովրդի և Հայաստանի դեմ։
