«Այս վարչախումբը Հայաստանը մտցրել է աշխարհաքաղաքական փակուղի». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Հայաստանի գործող իշխանություններն իրենց քաղաքականությամբ Հայաստանը մտցրել են աշխարհաքաղաքական փակուղի։ Ռուսական «Կուլիկովի դաշտ» հաղորդաշարին տված հարցազրույցում այդ մասին հայտարարել է «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Արշակ Կարապետյանը՝ նշելով, որ այն, ինչ կատարվում է այսօր Հայաստանում, չի կարող անտարբեր թողնել սպային, երբ իր հայրենիքը վտանգի մեջ է։

Անդրադառնալով արտաքին քաղաքական խնդիրներին՝ Կարապետյանը նշել է. «Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունները կարևորագույն տեղում պետք է լինեն։ Արևմուտքում սովորելով՝ ես չեմ տեսել անվտանգային այն պրոդուկտը, որ կարող են տալ Հայաստանին, անձնական համակրությունները մի կողմ՝ պետք է ռեալ գնահատել իրավիճակը»: Ի դեպ, Արշակ Կարապետյանը տեղեկացրել է, որ երբ պաշտպանության նախարար էր, Փաշինյանին հարցրել է, թե ինչո՞ւ պետք է գնալ Արևմուտք, և ի՞նչ անվտանգային երաշխիքներ կարող են ստանալ, սակայն վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող անձը որևէ կերպ չի հիմնավորել:

Արշակ Կարապետյանի գնահատմամբ, գործող վարչախումբը հրաժարվում է իր ռազմավարական դաշնակցից, որը միակ ուժն էր, որը զսպում էր Ադրբեջանին։ «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդի գնահատականով, չի լինելու ոչ մի խաղաղ պայմանագիր Ադրբեջանի հետ, նույնիսկ եթե լինի էլ, ըստ Կարապետյանի, նման է լինելու Հիտլերի օրինակին, վերջինս ևս մի քանի պայմանագիր է ստորագրել հարևան երկրների հետ, բայց առաջինը հենց նրանց վրա էլ հարձակվեց։ Ըստ Կարապետյանի, Հայաստանը չի հրաժարվում Իրանի հետ հարաբերություններից, բայց լավ բարեկամություն անել էլ չի ուզում, քանի որ գտնվում է ԱՄՆ ճնշման տակ, մինչդեռ Հայաստանի անվտանգությունն ապահովելու համար պետք է ռազմաքաղաքական դաշինք լինի՝ Հայաստան, Ռուսաստան և Իրան։

«Ռուսաստանը շահագրգիռ է տարածաշրջանում կայունության պահպանման համար, իսկ Արևմուտքը ցանկանում է ձևափոխել տարածաշրջանը»,ասել է ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարարը։ Կարապետյանը խոսել է նաև Երևանում շարունակվող բողոքի ակցիաների մասին, տեղեկացրել, որ աջակցում են, ավելին, սկսել են աշխատանքներ տանել շարժման ձևավորումից առաջ, փողոցներ փակել, շատերին էլ շարժման անդամներից ձերբակալել են։ Նա նշել է, որ այսօր էլ «Համահայկական ճակատն» ակտիվորեն մասնակցում է, բայց միևնույն ժամանակ շարժման ղեկավար կազմում չէ և դա իրենց դիրքորոշումն է։
