ԵՄ-ն դեպի իրեն է քաշում Հայաստանը

Բրյուսելում նախօրեին ավարտվել է Շումանի անվտանգության և պաշտպանության համաժողովը, որին այս տարի հրավիրել են նաև Հայաստանից՝ պաշտպանության նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանին։ Շումանի համաժողովը կազմակերպել և նախաձեռնել է Եվրամիության դիվանագիտության ղեկավար Ժոզեֆ Բորելը առաջին անգամ անցած տարի և այն համարվում է հակառուսական հիմնական միջոցառումներից մեկը։

Նախօրեին էլ Բորելը հայտարարել է, թե Եվրամիությունը ցանկանում է պաշտոնական համաձայնագրի ցանց ստեղծել երրորդ երկրների հետ և կոչ է արել բոլոր շահագրգիռ կողմերին միանալ դրանց։ Ըստ Բորելի՝ Եվրոպայի համար սպառնալիքների թիվն ավելանում է, ուստի Եվրամիությունը պայմանագրեր է ստորագրել։

«Առայժմ պաշտպանական գործակցության պայմանագիր տտորագրվել է Մոլդովայի և Նորվեգիայի հետ, պատրաստում ենք ևս 6-ը»,- նշել է Բորելը։

Թե ո՞ր 6 երկրների հետ է նման պայմանագիր ստորագրել, չի նշվում։ Ամենայն հավանականությամբ Հայաստանը ևս կլինի այդ երկրների ցանկում։ Ի վերջո Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների սրման քաղաքականությունը, որ որդեգրել են Հայաստանի իշխանությունները, ամենևին էլ պատահական չեն։

Պապիկյանը Բրյուսելում հանդիպումներ է ունեցել Եվրամիության քաղաքական և ռազմական ներկայացուցիչների հետ, անվտանգության դիվերսիֆիկացիա իրականացնելու առումով։ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները վերջին շրջանում որևէ բանի առաջ կանգ չեն առնում Ռուսաստանի շահերին հարվածելու համար, նույնիսկ Մոսկվայից հնչող բացահայտ զգուշացումները որևէ կերպ չեն ազդում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և նրա թիմի տրամադրվածության վրա։

Ըստ էության, իհարկե, նույնիսկ եվրոպացի փորձագետներն են նշում, որ առանձնապես մեծ հնարավորություններ չունեն օգնելու Հայաստանին, մի քանի զրահամեքենան կամ թեկուզ հրետանային կայանքները որևէ կերպ չեն կարող փոխել հավասարակշռությունը, իսկ Արևմուտքին Հայաստանն ընդամենը պետք է Ռուսաստանի դեմ նոր ճակատ բացելու համար, ոչ ավելին։
