Ինչո՞ւ են դադարեցրել ռուսական ալիքի սփռումը

Հայաստանի գործող վարչախումբը դադարեցրել է ռուսական Առաջին ալիքի սփռումը Հայաստանի հանրային մուլտիպլեքսում։ Պաշտոնապես հիմնավորում է, թե պատճառը ռուսական կողմի 2,5 ամսվա պարտքն է, և հեռարձակումը դադարեցվել է մինչև պարտքի ամբողջական մարումը, ընդ որում պարտքի գումարը չափազանց փոքր է, ընդամենն ամսական 3000 դոլար։

ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ որոշումը կայացվել է անձամբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից՝ ԲՏԱ նախարար Մխիթար Հայարապետյանի առաջարկով։ Բանն այն է, որ ռուսական հեռուստաալիքները սովորաբար գումարները վճարում էին եռամսյակը մեկ, այդպես շատ ավելի հարմար է, և ընդամենը 2,5 ամիս անց պարտքը պատճառ բերելով, հեռարձակման դադարեցումը հենց քաղաքական, այլ ոչ տնտեսական հարց է։

Ավելին, մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, նույնիսկ, եթե ռուսական կողմը վճարի պարտքը, Փաշինյանը հանձնարարել է ամեն գնով փակել ոչ միայն Առաջին ալիքի, այլ նաև մյուս հեռարձակվող հեռուստաալիքների եթերը, պատճառը, բնականաբար, ռուսական եթերից Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների հասցեին հնչող քննադատությունն է։

Նախօրեին «Մեծ խաղ» հաղորդման ընթացքում Պետդումայի պատգամավոր Կոնստանտին Զատուլինն ու այլ փորձագետներ ու քաղաքական գործիչներ «քարուքանդ» են արել փաշինյանական վարչախմբին իրենց քննադատություններով, ինչը, մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, բոլորովին դուր չի եկել Փաշինյանին, և նա գազազած զանգահարել է տարբեր ՔՊ-ական պաշտոնյաների՝ պահանջելով հենց տեղում դադարեցնել հեռարձակումը։
