Տավուշի չորս գյուղերը ստանալուց անմիջապես հետո Ալիևը հայտարարել է, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը պետք ճանաչի Խոջալուի այսպես կոչված «գենոցիդը» եվ ներողություն խնդրի. Կամենդատյան

Հրայր Կամենդատյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.

Խոջալու։ Տավուշի չորս գյուղերը ստանալուց անմիջապես հետո Իլհամ հուշարձանիչը հայտարարել է, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը պետք ճանաչի Խոջալուի այսպես կոչված «գենոցիդը», եվ ներողություն խնդրի։ Իհարկե սպասելի հայտարարություն էր, եվ փորձենք հասկանալ թեմայի որոշ մանրամասներ։ Խոջալուի դեպքերը տեղի են ունեցել հեռավոր 1992 թվականի փետրվարի 25-26ը, երբ Արցախի ինքնապաշտպանական ուժերը Ստեփանակերտի արկակոծման վտանգը չեզոքացնելու համար ճնշեցին թշնամու կրակակետերը։ Գործողության արդյունքում ավանի յոթ հազար բնակիչները դիմել են փախուստի, որի ընթացքում էլ ըստ Ադրբեջանի տվյալների մոտ 457 քաղաքացիական անձ է մահացել։ Հետաքրքիր է այն փաստը ,որ մինչև հարձակումը հայկական կողմը բազմիցս ռադիոյով հորդորել է տեղի բնակիչներին լքել քաղաքը եվ տրամադրել է հումանիտար միջանցք։ Հարձակման գիշերը քաղաքացիական անձիք չեն օգտվել այդ միջանցքից եվ քաղաքից փախչող օմոնականների հետ հայտնվել են Ադրբեջանի ժողովրդական ճակատի զինյալների տեսադաշտում՝ Աղդամի եվ Նախիջևանիկ գյուղի միջև։ Կորուստների մասին ստացած լուրերից հետո Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Մութալիբովը հայտարարեց, որ այդ սադրանքը կազմակերպել է ժողովրդական ճակատը՝ իրեն պաշտոնազրկելու նպատակով։Արդեն Չեխ լրագրող Դանա Մազալովային (հրատարակվել է 1992 թվականի ապրիլի 2-ին Նեզավիսիմայա գազետայում) տված հարցազրույցում Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Այազ Մութալիբովը, ով մինչ այդ հրաժարական էր տվել, հաստատեց իր դիրքորոշումը եվ կրկին հանցագործության մեջ մեղադրեց իր հրաժարականը ձգտող անանուն, բայց Ադրբեջանական ուժերին։ Ճիշտ է հետագա տարիների ընթացքում Մութալիբովը փորձեց մասնակի հրաժարվել իր արտահայտած դիրքորոշումից, բայց ակնհայտ է, որ թուլացած Ադրբեջանում ներքաղաքական գզվռտոցը դեպի էսկալացիա տանելու համար, ժողովրդական ճակատի ղեկավարները որոշեցին եվ կատարեցին զոհաբերության ակտ, որի շահառուն դարձավ Աբուլֆազ էլչիբեյը, անձնավորություն, ով արտաքնապես եվ քաղաքական ձեռագրով բավարար նմանություն ունի ՀՀ ներկա քպ խունտայի առաջնորդի հետ։ Թեմայի հետ կապված մի դիտարկում ևս կա, որը յուրօրինակ թեստ է լինելու ՔՊ առաջնորդի համար։ 2019 թվականի նոյեմբերին ՀՀ վարչապետը Խոջալուի դեպքը անվանեց «բացահայտ սուտ»՝ ասելով, որ այն «իրագործվել է Ադրբեջանի կողմից»։Հասկանալի է,որ ներողության մասին պահանջը կատարվելու է, բայց ինչպես, եթե դու դա արդեն հերքել ես պաշտոնապես։ Սպասենք զարգացումներին։ Շարունակելի....
