Տարեք, թող իրենց կյանքում գոնե մեկ անգամ հայ ժողովրդի համար օգտակար գործ անեն. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Արդեն մոտ մեկ ամիս բերետակիր ջարդարարների միջոցով ժողովրդի «հետևից ընկած» ՆԳ նախարար Վահե Ղազարյանը երեկ «թռած» էր նույն ժողովրդից: Հազարավոր հայրենակիցներ՝ Բագրատ արքեպիսկոպոս Գալստանյանի գլխավորությամբ, եկել էին ՆԳ նախարարության շենքի մոտ՝ Վահե Ղազարյանին հանդիպելու: Բայց նա իր զուգահեռդասարանցու և ղեկավարի օրինակով «թռած» էր: Փոխարենը փողոցներում խմբակային խուլիգանություն անող «ոստիկանների» անմիջական շեֆն իջավ և փորձեց, ինչպես Բագրատ Սրբազանն արձանագրեց, «կիսագողական» կեցվածքով խոսել արքեպիսկոպոսի հետ: Դեռևս ՀՀ ոստիկանապետի պաշտոնն զբաղեցնող Արամ Հովհաննիսյանը փորձեց նաև «կռուտիտ լինել», թե իբր «լակոտ» ասել է ոստիկանական մեքենաների անվադողերը ծակողներին:

Բայց այս անգամ արդեն ոչ թե 40 օր, այլ ընդամենը մաքսիմում 40 վայրկյան պահանջվեց՝ ապացուցելու համար, որ Արամ Հովհաննիսյանը հազարավոր հայ մարդկանց է վիրավորել, բառացի ասելով՝ «լակոտի պես փողոց են փակում»: Այն, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ոչ միայն իր քաղաքական թիմին,այլև պետական ամբողջ համակարգն է ստախոս դարձրել, դրան անդրադարձել ենք: Բայց հարցեր կան: Օրինակ՝ 2018 թվականին այն անձը, որի հրամաններն ու օրինազանց քմահաճույքները հիմա կատարում է Հովհաննիսյանը, իշխանության է եկել հենց փողոց փակելով: Պե՞տք է ենթադրել, որ նրա որակումը վերաբերում է նաև այն ժամանակ բոլոր փողոց փակածներին: Այդ դեպքում զարմանալի է, որ նա դեռ շարունակում է պաշտոնավարել:

Ու, ընդհանրապես, ոստիկանությունը ոչ միայն վերածվել է մարդատյաց-ջարդարարների խմբավորման, այլև աչքի է ընկնում թույլիկագույն «կռուտիտներով», ու խոսքը միայն ցույցերի մասին չէ: Օրինակ՝ մայիսի 26-ի առավոտյան, երբ հայտնի էին դառնում Լոռիում ու Տավուշում ավերիչ հեղեղման հետևանքները, այդ թվում՝ մարդկանց զոհվելու, անհետ կորելու մասին տեղեկությունները, ՆԳՆ-ն «փայլատակեց»: ՆԳ նախարարի մամուլի խոսնակի միջոցով հայտարարություն հրապարակվեց, թե «կեղծ լուրեր են տարածվում գետերի վարարման հետևանքով զոհերի, անհետ կորածների և արգելափակված քաղաքացիների վերաբերյալ»: Ընդամենը մեկ ժամ անց, ցավոք, հաստատվեցին տեղեկությունները թե՛ զոհերի, թե՛ անհետացածների, թե՛ արգելափակվածների մասին: Հիմա ո՞վ էր «կեղծ լուրեր տարածում»:

Ըստ որում, բուն հեղեղումից դեռ օրեր անց էլ արգելափակված մարդիկ, բնակավայրե՛ր կան: Փաշինյանի իշխանության ներկայացուցիչները ուսանող-կամավորականների են հավաքագրում, որ աղետի գոտում աշխատանքներ իրականացնեն: Այդ անփորձ երեխեքին տանում եք այնտեղ, որ ի՞նչ անեն: Խնդրեմ, փողոցները լցրել եք բերետակիրներով ու անհասկանալի կերպարանքներով, որոնք զբաղված են հայ մարդկանց ջարդելով, Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու նկատմամբ թշնամանքով, որոնք հաճախ պարզապես փողոցային խուլիգանի պես են պահում իրենց: Այ, դրանց հավաքեք, տարեք, թող իրենց կյանքում գոնե մեկ անգամ օգտակար գործ անեն:
