Պատանդ վերցված աղջիկը թմրամոլության համար 21 տարեկանում դատապարտվել էր ազատազրկման

Armtimes.com-ին հայտնի դարձավ, որ երեկ «Weekend» բիլիարդ ակումբում պատանդ վերցված 24 տարեկան աղջիկը թմրանյութ օգտագործելու մեղադրանքով դատապարտված է եղել:

Եւ այսպես՝ Կ. Չ.-ին մեղադրանք էր առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա գործով չպարզված հանգամանքներում, ինչպես իրացնելու, այնպես էլ իր գործածման նպատակով ապօրինի ձեռք բերած «Մեթամֆետամին» տեսակի թմրամիջոցից 2012թ. օգոստոս ամսին: Քննությամբ չպարզված օրը՝ Երևանի «Բանջարանոց» կոչվող թաղամասի իր կողմից վարձակալած բնակարանում վերջինս իր մտերիմին հյուրասիրելու եղանակով ապօրինի իրացրել է թմրամիջոց: Հյուրասիրվողը հենց պատանդ վերցված աղջիկն է եղել: Վերջինս նույն վայրում առանց բժշկի նշանակման գործածել է թմրամիջոցը` քթանցքները քաշելու եղանակով:

Նույն գործով Ա. Վ.-ն մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա 2013թ. մայիս ամսից մինչև հոկտեմբերի 16-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, Զ. Մ.-ի կողմից յուրաքանչյուր անգամ զգալի չափերի` 0.004 գրամ «Բուպրենորֆին» տեսակի թմրամիջոց պարունակող կես դեղահաբ ձեռք բերելուն օժանդակելու դիտավորությամբ, վերջինիցս վերցրել է 30 հազար ՀՀ դրամ գումար:

Զ. Մ.-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա առանց իրացնելու նպատակի, իր գործածման համար, իր ծանոթ Ա. Վ.-ի օժանդակությամբ, մեկ չափաբաժին` կես դեղահաբը 30 հազար ՀՀ դրամով գնելու եղանակով քրեական գործով դեռևս չպարզված ոմն Գուգոյից 2013թ. մայիսի վերջից մինչև հոկտեմբերի 16-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում 4 անգամով Երևանի Տ. Մեծի փողոցում` երկաթուղային կայանի մոտակայքում ապօրինի ձեռք է բերել «Բուպրենորֆին» տեսակի թմրամիջոց, որոնք գործածել է ներարկման միջոցով:

Գ. Ա.-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա ամռան սկզբին Երևան քաղաքի Մ. Խորենացի փողոցում պատանդ վերցված աղջկա միջոցով առանց իրացնելու նպատակի Կ. Չ.-ից 160.000 ՀՀ դրամի դիմաց ապօրինի ձեռք է բերել առանձնապես խոշոր չափի` 2 գրամ «Մեթամֆետամին» տեսակի թմրամիջոց:
