Սահմանազատման գործընթացում գործող իշխանությունների քաղաքականությունը, հայ ժողովրդից ճշմարտությունը թաքցնելն է, խաբելը և ստելը․ Արշակ Կարապետյան

Օրեր շարունակ փակ է մնում Տավուշի մարզի Կիրանց գյուղ տանող ճանապարհը։ Ոստիկանությունը փակել էր գյուղ տանող ճանապարհները, իսկ գործող իշխանություններն իսկական տերոր են սկսել գյուղացիների նկատմամբ։ Նույնիսկ նրանց հետ հեռախոսով շփվող պատգամավորները, ընդդիմադիր շարժման առաջնորդ Բագրատ արքեպիսկոպոս Գալստանյանն է փաստում, որ Կիրանցում չափազանց լուրջ խնդիրներ են առաջացել։

Գյուղ գործուղված իշխանականները գյուղացիներին պարզապես պարտադրում են կատարել Ադրբեջանի հրահանգները, դուրս գալ իրենց տներից, որոնցից մի քանիսը հանձնելու են ադրբեջանցիներին։ Շատերի հետ հարաբերվում են բացահայտ շանտաժով, մի մասին վախեցնում, որ իրենց կամ ընտանիքի անդամներին կհեռացնեն աշխատանքից, մյուսներին ահաբեկում քրեական գործերի հարուցումով։

Կիրանց գյուղում երեկ օրվա երկրորդ կեսին կրքերը թեժ են եղել, գյուղացիներից մեկը փորձել է այրել իրեն պատկանող հողատարածքի մի կտորն այն հատվածում, որը սահմնազատման հետևանքով անցնում է ադրբեջանական կողմին։ Իրավապահները կանխել են միջադեպի ծավալումը, բայց արդեն իսկ ակնհայտ է, որ գործող իշխանությունների հավաստիացումները, թե մեկ երկու տուն են անցնելու Ադրբեջանին իրականում որևէ աղերս չունեն ճշմարտության հետ։ Մի քանի տների բնակիչների՝ այդ թվում նաև վագոն-տնակում տեղավորված խանութի սեփականատիրոջն էլ պարտադրել են դուրս բերել իր ապրանքը, թեև ավելի վաղ հայտարարում էին, որ դեռևս մեկ ամիս ունեն իրենց գործերը կարգի գցելու համար։

Փաշինյանական վարչախումբը հանրության ու հատկապես ավելի խոցելի դարձած սահմանամերձ գյուղերի բնակիչների հետ հարաբերվում է միայն շանտաժով և ահաբեկումներով՝ փակելով ճանապարհներն ու անհատապես ահաբեկումներ իրականացնելով։ Այս ամենն, իհարկե հանգեցնելու է, որ շատ գյուղացիներ ստիպված են լինելու պարզապես լքել իրենց բնակավայրերը, տեղափոխվել ավելի անվտանգ վայրեր, կամ էլ ընդմիշտ հեռանալ հայրենիքից։

Այն, ինչ անում է փաշինյանական իշխանությունը սեփական երկրի գլխին, ոչ այլ ինչ է, քան պարզ դավաճանություն։

«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանը բազմիցս է արել այս արձանագրումը՝ նշելով, որ հատկապես սահմանազատման գործընթացում գործող իշխանությունները դավաճանական քաղաքականություն են որդեգրել, սեփական հանրությունից թաքցնելով, խաբելով, ստելով, իսկ այդ հատվածում զինվորականներն ու սպաներն առանձնապես ջանքեր չեն գործադրում գործող վարչախմբի քայլերը կասեցնելու համար։

Այս ամենը մեծ արհավիրքի նախերգանքն է։ Եթե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին և իր թիմին շուտափույթ կերպով չհեռացնեն իշխանությունից, ապա Հայաստանը լուրջ խնդիրների առաջ է կանգնելու։
