Տիգրանաշենո՞ւմ էլ են կադաստրային վկայականները տրվել «ոչ ճշգրիտ տվյալների հիման վրա». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Օրերս, անդրադառնալով Կիրանցի բնակիչներին Կադաստրի կոմիտեի կողմից իրավունքի գրանցման վկայականների տրամադրման փաստին՝ արդարադատության նախարարությունը այսպիսի պարզաբանում էր տարածել. «Պետք է փաստել, որ համապատասխան իրավունքների պետական գրանցումները կատարվել են ոչ ճշգրիտ տվյալների հիման վրա: Այդ գրանցումները չեն կարող իրավական հիմք հանդիսանալ պնդելու, որ անճշտությունների հիման վրա պետական գրանցումների կատարման փաստի ուժով խնդրո առարկա տարածքները համարվում են ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքի մաս»:

Այսպիսի մեկնաբանությունը մասնագետների շրջանում, շատ մեղմ ասած, տարակուսանքի տեղիք է տվել: Շատ փորձագետներ նշում են, որ նման կերպ իշխանությունները կարող են «արդարացնել» իրենց կողմից հետագայում Հայաստանի այլ տարածքների զիջումը Ադրբեջանին: Հաշվի առնելով, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ոչ մեկ անգամ նշել է, որ Հայաստանի 29800 քկմ (հետագայում՝ արդեն 29743 քկմ) տարածքի մեջ «չեն մտնում Տիգրանաշենն ու Տավուշի 6 գյուղերը», ստացվում է, որ, ի մասնավորի, Տիգրանաշենի բնակիչներին Կադաստրի կոմիտեի կողմից տրված վկայականները ևս տրվել են «ոչ ճշգրիտ տվյալների հիման վրա»: Այսինքն, փաշինյանական «սահմանազատման» հաջորդ փուլում տիգրանաշենցիներին կարող են ասել, որ ձեր վկայականները վավեր չեն, պետք է դուրս գաք ձեր տներից:

Երեկ «Փաստը» փորձեց ճշտել Տիգրանաշեն համայնքի ղեկավարից՝ իրենց բնակավայրի տների կադաստրային վկայականները ճշգրի՞տ տվյալների հիման վրա են տրվել, թե՞ արդարադատության նախարարության պարզաբանումը տարածվում է նաև տիգրանաշենցիների վրա: Եվ երկրորդ՝ ցանկանում էինք ճշտել՝ ճի՞շտ են մեզ հասած տեղեկությունները, որ վերջին շրջանում Տիգրանաշենում անհնար է անշարժ գույքի առքուվաճառք իրականացնել: Ցավոք, համայնքի ղեկավարի հետ կապ հաստատել այդպես էլ չհաջողվեց:
