«Բիոլաբորատորիաների գործունեությունը մեծ ռիսկեր ու սպառնալիքներ է պարունակում». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Դեռևս տարեսկզբին տեղեկացրել էինք, որ պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել Հայաստանում 13-րդ ամերիկյան բիոլաբորատորիան բացելու վերաբերյալ: Նշել էինք նաև, որ, ըստ տարբեր աղբյուրների, դա տեղակայվելու է Գյումրիում՝ ռուսական 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի անմիջական հարևանությամբ: Այս թեման բավական բուռն քննարկման առիթ դարձավ տարբեր հարթակներում, եղան բազմաթիվ տեսակետներ, հնչեցին լուրջ անհանգստություններ:

Օրերս էլ թեմայի շուրջ «Հանրապետության հրապարակ» տելեգրամյան ալիքը զրուցել է քաղաքագետ Արման Ղուկասյանի հետ: Վերջինս հատուկ ուշադրություն է հրավիրում այն հանգամանքի վրա, որ Հայաստանի տարածքում գործող 12 բիոլաբորատորիաները, որոնց թիվը շուտով մեկով կավելանա, տարօրինակ պատահականությամբ տեղակայված են ՀՀ բոլոր մարզերում, բնակելի թաղամասերի մոտ: «Նույն Գյումրիում, օրինակ՝ դպրոցի հարևանությամբ: Եվ այնտեղ տեղի ունեցող գործընթացները մշտապես փակ են եղել հայ հասարակության համար, մինչդեռ ռազմավարական օբյեկտները, հայտնի է, պետք է տեղակայված լինեն բնակելի թաղամասերից, դպրոցներից ու մանկապարտեզներից զգալի հեռավորության վրա»,-նշել է Ղուկասյանը:

Վերջին տարիներին Վրաստանում ու Հայաստանում հաճախակի են դարձել կարմրուկի դեպքերը, Հայաստանում՝ նաև խոզերի աֆրիկյան ժանտախտի և սիբիրախտի դեպքերը։ Կա մասնագիտական տեսակետ, որ հատկապես կորոնավիրուսից հետո շատ են խոսակցություններն այն մասին, որ կարմրուկի տարածումը արհեստական ծագում ուներ, և չի բացառվում, որ նման բիոլաբորատորիաներում ծնված լինի:

ՀՀ-ում էլ վերջին շրջանում տարատեսակ հիվանդություններ են գլուխ բարձրացրել: Այդպես, 2007 թ.-ից հետո առաջին անգամ նման աճ ունենք՝ 2023 թ. դրությամբ ՀՀ-ում կարմրուկի ընդհանուր լաբորատոր հաստատված դեպքերի թիվը 545 է, այլ վիրուսային հիվանդություններ ևս գլուխ են բարձրացրել:

«Վաղուց ապացուցված է Վրաստանի բիոլաբորատորիայի օրինակով, որ այնտեղից տարբեր շտամերի, վիրուսների արտահոսքեր են եղել: Այնպես որ՝ այո, կարելի է պնդել, որ հենց բիոլաբորատորիաների ստեղծման, դրանց շատացման արդյունքում վիրուսներ են տարածվում՝ նույն խոզի գրիպը, սիբիրյան խոցը և այլն: Այս առումով կա կոնկրետ հստակություն, որ բիոլաբորատորիաները նպաստում են վիրուսների տարածմանը, քանի որ այնտեղ տարբեր վիրուսներ են գործարկվում, փորձարկումներ են արվում, այնպես որ, վաղուց ապացուցված է, որ կապը շատ ուղիղ է»,-ասում է Ղուկասյանը:

Որպես ամփոփում՝ Արման Ղուկասյանը շեշտում է, որ բիոլաբորատորիաների գործունեությունը մեծ ռիսկեր ու սպառնալիքներ է պարունակում, «որոնք էլ ավելի են ուժգնանում, եթե հաշվի ենք առնում այն հանգամանքը, որ ՀՀ իշխանությունները, մեղմ ասած, մատների արանքով են այս ամենին նայում»:
