Ոչ ոք սպայի պատիվը չի զրոյացրել, սպայի պատվի համար մենք պարտավոր ենք հարկ եղած դեպքում տալ մեր կյանքը, զոհվել մեր երկրի համար․ Արշակ Կարապետյան

Կիրանցում շարունակվում է տեղորոշիչ սարքով կրկին չափագրական աաշխատանքներ իրականացվել։ Վրաստան տանող միջպետական ճանապարհի Կիրանցի հատվածում ադրբեջանական կողմին է անցնում կամուրջը։

Կառավարությունը հայտարարել է, որ նոր շրջանցիկ ճանապարհ պետք է կառուցի 2-3 ամսում։ Փակ է մնում նաև Ոսկեպարից Բաղանիս տանող ճանապարհը։ Շաբաթներ առաջ պարեկները կրկին փակել էին այս ճանապարհը և պարզաբանել, թե սահմանազատման գործընթացի մեկնարկի առաջին փուլով սահմանազատվում է Ոսկեպար-Բաղանիս հատվածը։

Մայիսի 15-ին Հայաստանի, Ադրբեջանի սահմանազատման հանձնաժողովները ստորագրել էին ԽՍՀՄ գլխավոր շտաբի 1976 թվականի քարտեզով սահմանագծի համաձայնեցման մասին արձանագրությունը։ Իշխանությունը շարունակում է պնդել, որ սահմանազատումն իրականացվում է օրինական հիմունքներով, մինչդեռ բազմաթիվ մասնագետներ, իրավաբաններ, քարտեզագիրներ ընդգծում են, որ սահմանազատումը ոչ միայն խնդիրներ է հարուցելու տարածքի բնակիչների համար, այլև Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածքից ամբողջական հատվածներ են անցնում Ադրբեջանին, ընդ որում այս անգամ ևս Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը փորձում է սահմանազատման իրականացման ամբողջ պատասխանատվությունը բարդել զինվորականության վրա։

Իր պաշտոնավարման 6 տարիների ընթացքում գործող վարչախումբն ամեն ինչ արել է, ընդհուպ, բոլոր մեղքերի պատասխանատվությունը տարբեր մարդկանց վրա բարդելու, նրանց քավության նոխազ դարձնելու։ Եվ Փաշինյանը հրաշալի ճանաչելով որոշ մարդկանց ընչաքաղցությունը, այս անգամ էլ ինչ-ինչ խոստումներով կարողացել է հասնել գրավոր հրամանի։

«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանը տեսաուղերձում սենսացիոն տեղեկություն է հրապարակել, նշել, որ կա գրավոր հրաման, որը ստորագրվել է բարձրաստիճան գեներալի կողմից՝ այդ ուղղությամբ հետ քաշվելու նպատակով։ «Անպատիվ նահանջ», այսպես է բնութագրել Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանը բարձրաստիճան այդ գեներալի կողմից իրականացվող գործողությունը։ Վերջինիս անունն իհարկե չի նշվում, սակայն Կարապետյանը նշել է, որ դա արվել է ավելի բարձր կոչման խոստման դիմաց։

Դիմելով Հայկական բանակի սպայակազմին՝ գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանը հիշեցրել է, որ՝ «Ծառայության ընթացքում զինվորականները հիմնվում են համապատասխան կանոնադրությունների հիման վրա, միաժամանակ ոչ ոք սպայի պատիվը չի զրոյացրել, սպայի պատվի համար մենք պարտավոր ենք հարկ եղած դեպքում տալ մեր կյանքը, զոհվել մեր երկրի համար, չնայած պետք է ամեն ինչ անենք, որ պահենք մեր պատիվը և հաղթենք»,- նշել է Կարապետյանը, ընդգծել, որ, համաձայն պարտավորությունների, զինվորականները պարտավոր են կատարել հրամանը, բայց միևնույն ժամանակ դրա դիմաց ոմանք ստանում են պարգևներ, ոմանց խոստացվում է զինվորական կոչումներ։ «Ցանկացած բարձրաստիճան սպա, որն ակնկալիք ունի ապագայում ավելի բարձր կոչում ստանալ, պետք է հիշի իր սպայական պատվի մասին»,- ընդգծել է Արշակ Կարապետյանը, նաև հիշեցրել իր թևավոր խոսքը՝ «Ազգեր, որոնք ընկնում են ճակատամարտում նորից բարձրանում են, ազգեր, որոնք հանձնվում են՝ վերանում են»։
