Հիփոթեքային վարկը կարող է տրամադրվել ՀՀ դրամով, ԱՄՆ դոլարով կամ եվրոյով, 60-360 ամիս ժամկետով: Վարկի տրամադրման պայմաններն ու մյուս մանրամասները` Ամերիաբանկի կայքում: 

Առաջարկից օգտվելու համար անհրաժեշտ է Ամերիաբանկի կայքում լրացնել համապատասխան հայտը, ինչից հետո Բանկի մասնագետը կապ կհաստատի՝ քննարկելու վարկավորման պայմանները։
