Հողը, հայրենիքը, անվտանգությունը, թշնամուն հանձնելու միջոցով «ինքնիշխանություն» հաստատելը 2019թ.-ից իրենց կառավարության ռազմավարական նպատակն է: Մոտավորապես այս միտքն է այսօրվա կառավարության նիստում հայտարարել Նիկոլը:
Բոլոր նորմալ երկրներում նման կառավարությանը հանդուրժելը, կամ պաշտպանելը՝ առնվազն անձի և հասարակության դեմ գործած ծանրագույն հանցագործություն է:
Փատորեն նախկին նախագահներ Տեր-Պետրոսյանի, Քոչարյանի, Սարգսյանի օրոք ունեցած ռազմավարական ձեռքբերումները, պետության շահերի առաջ մղումը, անվտանգային համակարգի ամրապնդումը, հայկական Արցախի գոյությունը, պաշտպանական դիրքերի բարելավումը և այլն, դրանք, ըստ դավադիր Նիկոլի՝ մեր երկրի ինքնիշխանության դեմ էի՞ն: Փաստորեն ըստ Նիկոլի, հայ ժողովուրդը ունի մեկ ռազմավարական նպատակ՝ ծնկել և հանձնվել թշնամու ողորմածությանը:

Նիկոլը բանակի բարձրաստիճան սպայակազմին բարոյապես ոչընչացրեց, ԳՇ բարձրաստիճան սպայակազմին դարձրեց իրեն ծառայող առոչինչ՝ և հեշտությամբ հայաթափեց Արցախը: Բանակի բարձրաստիճան սպայակազմը ևս կրում է Արցախը հայաթափելու արյունոտ մեղսակցությունը:
Հիմա Նիկոլը նույնը անում է ոստիկանության հետ՝ նրան դարձնելով Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը կազմալուծելու և թուրքական օբյեկտի վերածելու հանցակցի: Ոստիկանությունն այսօր ակամայից աջակցում է Հայ ժողովրդի նոր ցեղասպանության ծրագրի նախապատրաստմանը:
