Պուտինն ու Սի Ծինփինը ռազմավարական փոխգործակցության խորացման մասին հայտարարություն են ստորագրել

Պեկինում կայացած բանակցություններից հետո ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը և Չինաստանի ղեկավար Սի Ծինփինը համատեղ հայտարարություն են ընդունել համապարփակ գործընկերության և ռազմավարական փոխգործակցության խորացման վերաբերյալ։

Չինաստանի ղեկավարի խոսքով՝ Ռուսաստանի նախագահի հետ բանակցությունները եղել են անկեղծ, բարեկամական և բովանդակալից, հայտնում է ՌԻԱ «Նովոստի»-ն։

Ռուսաստանի նախագահը մայիսի 16-17-ը պետական այցով գտնվում է Չինաստանում։ Մայիսի 16-ի առավոտյան Պեկինի ժողովրդական մեծ դահլիճում մեկնարկել են Ռուսաստանի և Չինաստանի ղեկավարների բանակցությունները։ Սկզբում պետությունների ղեկավարները շփվել են սահմանափակ ձևաչափով, ապա հանդիպումը շարունակվել է պատվիրակությունների մասնակցությամբ։

Ընդհանուր առմամբ բանակցությունները տևել են մոտ երկուսուկես ժամ։

Հանդիպմանը Պուտինը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Սի Ծինփինին հրավերի համար։ Ռուսաստանին և Չինաստանին, նրա խոսքով, միավորում են ազգային զարգացման և համատեղ բարգավաճման ապահովման ընդհանուր նպատակները՝ փոխադարձ հարգանքի, բարիդրացիության և փոխշահավետության սկզբունքներով։

Սի Ծինփինը վստահեցրել է իր գործընկերոջը, որ պատրաստ է շարունակել երկկողմ հարաբերությունների կառուցումը և բոլոր ոլորտներում փոխգործակցության նոր ծրագրեր մշակել։

«Պարոն նախագահ, սա Ձեր առաջին արտասահմանյան այցն է նոր նախագահական ժամկետի սկզբից ի վեր, ինչը համոզիչ վկայությունն է այն ուշադրության, որ Դուք անձամբ և Ռուսաստանի կառավարությունը ցուցաբերում եք չին-ռուսական հարաբերություններին, մենք բարձր ենք գնահատում դա», - ասել է ՉԺՀ ղեկավարը:

Չինաստանի համար, հավելել է նա, սա շփումների բարի ավանդույթի շարունակությունն է։ Սի Ծինփինը հիշեցրել է, որ իր վերընտրվելուց հետո որպես իր առաջին արտասահմանյան այցի երկիր ընտրել էր Ռուսաստանը։

Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության ղեկավարն ընդգծել է, որ երկու երկրները, լինելով ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի մշտական անդամներ, խորացնում են ռազմավարական փոխգործակցությունը, ընդլայնում են փոխշահավետ համագործակցությունը և ընտրություն են կատարել բազմաբևեռ աշխարհի ձևավորման և տնտեսական գլոբալացման օգտին։
