Փաշինյանի հեռացումից հետո ով էլ գա իշխանության, ծանրագույն բեռի տակ է մտնելու. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Փաշինյանական քարոզչությունը մի կայուն թեզ ունի, որի հիմնական միտքն այն է, թե ներքաղաքական կյանքում ինչ լինում-չի լինում՝ իշխանության համար պայքար է, պարզունակ մատուցմամբ ու ընկալմամբ՝ «աթոռի կռիվ»: Բնականաբար, ընթացիկ հանրային զարթոնքին զուգահեռ, վերստին շրջանառության մեջ է դրվել այդ քարոզչական կաղապարը, թե այսինչ ուժը, այնինչ անհատը ուզում են գալ իշխանության: Դրա հիմնական լեյտմոտիվն այն է, որ մարդկանց մեջ արմատավորվի, թե տեղի ունեցողը «իշխանության կռիվ» է: Իհարկե, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հեռացումից հետո պետք է ձևավորվի իշխանություն: Սա քաղաքագիտության, քաղաքականության ու պետականության դասական տրամաբանությունն է: Բայց... Կարելի է կարծել, թե Հայաստանը բարվոք ու խնդիր չունեցող մի երկիր է, որ մարդիկ «ուզում են գալ իշխանության»:

Իրականում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, նրա ՔՊ-ն ու նրանց կառավարման 6 տարին Հայաստանն ի՞նչ են դարձրել, ինչի՞ են վերածել: Եթե հակիրճ՝ ավերակների: Եթե ավերակ բնորոշումը մի փոքր բացենք, ապա զուտ հակիրճ թվարկումն արդեն խոսուն է. կորսված Արցախ, խոցելի անվտանգություն, քայքայված պաշտպանական ու անվտանգային համակարգեր, հարյուր հազարից ավելի հայրենազրկված հայություն, հարյուրավոր քառակուսի կիլոմետրերով թշնամական վերահսկողության տակ տրված տարածքներ, փուչիկ տնտեսություն, ահռելի՝ 12 միլիարդ դոլարի հասցված պարտք, տապալված արտաքին քաղաքականություն, տնաքանդ ու երկրաքանդ ներքին քաղաքականություն, համազգեստավորված «բեսպրեդել»:

Մի խոսքով՝ հենց ավերակներ: Ըստ էության, սեղանին դրված է լինելչլինելու խնդիր, ու մենք արդեն դուրս ենք եկել դասական քաղաքական պատկերացումներից էլ, դասական քաղաքական վիճակից էլ: Եվ նման պայմաններում, եթե կան մարդիկ, որոնք պատրաստ են ստանձնել պատասխանատվություն, ապա դրա հիմնական նպատակը երկրի ու պետականության առկա ծվենները փրկելն է: Ավելին, Փաշինյանի ու ՔՊ-ի վեցամյա ավերակումից հետո, ով էլ որ գա իշխանության, մտնելու է ծանրագույն բեռի տակ: Պատկերավոր ասած՝ սրանցից հետո հաջորդ կառավարությունը «մահապարտների ջոկատ» պետք է լինի (անձնազոհության իմաստով), այդ տրամադրվածությամբ պետք է գործի, որ նախ՝ անկումը կասեցվի, հետո էլ առկա վիհից սկսենք դուրս գալ:

Գործնականում հաջորդը լինելու է «պետությունն ավերակներից դուրս բերելու» կառավարություն: Այնպես որ, երբ փաշինյանական քարոզիչները «աթոռակռվից» կամ «իշխանություն խլելուց» են խոսում, իսկ ոմանք էլ մեխանիկորեն կրկնում են, արժե շատ հանգիստ, առանց հույզերի, սթափեցնող հարց տալ. իսկ այդ ի՞նչ վիճակի, ի՞նչ օրի է հասցվել երկիրը, որ այն կառավարելը այդքան ցանկալի մի բան լինի:
