Քավության նոխազի փնտրտուքներով

Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը որոշում է ստորագրել «Զբոսաշրջության պետական կոմիտեի» նախագահ, սփյուռքահայ` Սիսան Պողոսյանին պաշտոնից ազատելու վերաբերյալ։ Պողոսյանն այդ պաշտոնին նշանակվել էր 2022 թվականի հունվարին, ընդ որում` գործող իշխանությունները ներկայացնում էին, թե դա Սփյուռքի հետ հարաբերությունների բարելավման, Սփյուռքից նոր մասնագետներ Հայաստան ներգրավելու գործընթացի շրջանակներում է։ Այս տարվա ապրիլի 4-ին Փաշինյանը կրկին որոշում էր ստորագրել Սիսիան Պողոսյանին «Զբոսաշրջության կոմիտեի» նախագահի պաշտոնում վերանշանակելու վերաբերյալ։ Եվ ընդամենը 1 ամիս անց նրան հեռացնում է այդ պաշտոնից՝ առանց որևէ պատճառաբանություն ներկայացնելու։ Պատճառը, ըստ մեր տեղեկությունների, զբոսաշրջության թվերն են։ Այս տարվա առաջին 4 ամիսներին Հայաստան է այցելել 599 հազար զբոսաշրջիկ, ինչը 30 հազարով պակաս է նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ։ Միայն ապրիլին զբոսաշրջիկների թիվը նախորդ տարվա ցուցանիշին զիջում է 15600-ով։ 

Փաշինյանական վարչախումբը խնդիր ունի հանրությանը բացատրելու զբոսաշրջության թվի կտրուկ նվազումը, ինչը լրջորեն ազդել է հյուրանոցային և ռեստորանային բիզնեսի վրա։ Մարդիկ ահռելի կորուստներ են կրում և, ի վերջո, պետք է հենց գործող իշխանություններից հարցում անեն, թե որն է դրա պատճառը։ Վարչախումբն իհարկե չի խոստովանի, որ զբոսաշրջության թվի նվազումը իր հակառուսական քաղաքականությունն է, «Միր» քարտերի սպասարկման դադարեցումը, ինչի հետևանքով ոչ միայն կտրուկ նվազել է Հայաստան այցելող զբոսաշրջիկների թիվը, այլ նաև ուկրաինական պատերազմից հետո Հայաստանում հաստատված ռելոկանտների մի ահռելի մասը հեռացել է Հայաստանից։ Այդ ամենը տնտեսական լուրջ հետևանքներ է ունեցել, ուստի վարչախումբը փորձելու է նորանոր քավության նոխազներ գտնել և նրանց գլխին ջարդել իր ձախողումները։
