Ինչո՞ւ է նյարդայնանում վարչախումբը

«Տավուշը հանուն հայրենիքի» բողոքի շարժման նախօրեին կայացած հանրահավաքում մի խումբ նախկին դիվանագետներ ներկայացրեցին համապարփակ փաստաթուղթ Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ՝ արձանագրելով, որ գործող իշխանությունները իսկական դավաճանական քաղաքականություն են վարում, իսկ Ալմա-Աթիի հռչակագիրը սահմանազատման գործընթացում որպես հիմք ընդունելը հակաօրինական է և քրեորեն պատժելի արարք։

Հայտարարությունն ամբիոնից ընթերցել էր ԱԳՆ նախկին գլխավոր քարտուղար Վահագն Մելիքյանը, իսկ այն կազմել էին «Դիվանագետների խորհուրդ» նորաստեղծ կազմակերպությունը, որի կազմում են նախկին նախարարներ, փոխնախարարներ, դեսպաններ, որոնք ահռելի դիվանագիտական աշխատանքային փորձ ունեն։ Բնավ զարմանալի չէ գործող իշխանությունների չափազանց նյարդային արձագանքը դիվանագետների հայտարարությանը։ Արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը նրանց ընդհուպ դասալիք էր անվանել։

«Ձեր նշած փորձառու դիվանագետները հավանաբար այն դասալիքներն էին, որոնք լքեցին իրենց պաշտոնները, իրենց բաժին հասած խրամատը, բառացի նույն օրերին, երբ Հայաստանի սուվերեն տարածքի վրա տեղի էր ունենում, կամ ունեցել ռազմական ագրեսիա, որևէ կաթիլ լրջություն այս փաստի հիշատակումից հետո այդ մարդկանց և իրենց դիրքորոշումների նկատմամբ չեմ կարող ունենալ»,-ասել էր Արարատ Միրզոյանը ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի հետ համատեղ մամուլի ասուլիսում։ Դիվանագետներից Ավետ Ադոնցը, որը ԱԳՆ նախկին փոխնախարար էր, պարզունակ և գավառամիտ է անվանել Արարատ Միրզոյանի մեղադրանքները։

«Ինչպես կարող է նման պրիմիտիվ մտածելակերպով մարդն աշխատանքային հարաբերություններ հաստատել օտարերկրյա գործընկերների հետ, ես չեմ էլ խոսում բանակցելու նրա ունակության մասին, դա պրիմիտիվիզմի վերին աստիճանի դրսևորում է»,- նշել էր Ավետ Ադոնցը։

Ըստ էության, գործող իշխանությունները հրաշալի հասկանում են իրենց քայլերի ողջ վտանգավորությունը և նաև իրենց իշխանության համար վտանգ են զգում, այլապես նույնիսկ արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը, որն առանձնապես ներքաղաքական հարցերին չի խառնվում և դիրքորոշումներ չի արտահայտում, նման նյարդային արձագանք չէր ունենա։
