Ուզբեկստանում բնակչությունը տանիքից արևային էներգիա է վաճառում

Ուզբեկստանում Պետական հարկային կոմիտեն «Արևային տուն» ծրագրի շրջանակներում հունվար-փետրվարին 500 միլիոն սումի սուբսիդիա է վճարել տնային տնտեսություններում տեղադրված արևային մարտկոցներով արտադրված էլեկտրաէներգիայի համար և փոխանցվել (վաճառվել) տարածաշրջանային էլեկտրացանցային ձեռնարկություններին, ասվում է Ուզբեկստան 24 հեռուստաալիքով հեռարձակված ռեպորտաժում, գրում է vb.kg-ն:

Ֆիզիկական և իրավաբանական անձանց կողմից իրենց կարիքների համար տեղադրված մինչև 1 ՄՎտ հզորությամբ արևային, հողմային և կենսագազի էլեկտրակայանների կողմից արտադրվող ավելցուկային էլեկտրաէներգիան գնում է «Խուդուդի Էլեկտրո Տարմոկլարի» ԲԲԸ-ն։ Էլեկտրաէներգիա արտադրողը կարող է նաև իր էլեկտրական ցանցերի միջոցով վաճառել իր կարիքների համար արտադրված էլեկտրաէներգիան այլ ֆիզիկական և իրավաբանական անձանց: Այն դեպքերում, երբ էլեկտրաէներգիա արտադրողը չունի սեփական էլեկտրական ցանցեր, այն մատակարարվում է այլ ֆիզիկական և իրավաբանական անձանց՝ միջգերատեսչական սակագնային հանձնաժողովի փաստաթղթերով սահմանված տարանցիկ ծառայությունների սակագների հիման վրա: Մատակարարված էլեկտրաէներգիայի դիմաց վճարումները կատարվում են մինչև հաշվարկային ամսվան հաջորդող ամսվա 25-ը:

«Արևային տուն» ծրագրի շրջանակներում պետական բյուջեից 1000 սումի չափով սուբսիդիա է հատկացվում ֆիզիկական անձանց պատկանող օբյեկտներում տեղադրված և փոխանցվող արևային մարտկոցներով արտադրվող յուրաքանչյուր կիլովատ ժամ (դրական տարբերության) էլեկտրաէներգիայի համար՝ Soliq բջջային հավելվածի միջոցով: Մինչև 1 ՄՎտ հզորությամբ արևային, հողմային և կենսագազի էլեկտրակայաններում ֆիզիկական և իրավաբանական անձանց կողմից արտադրված և սեփական սպառումից հետո միասնական էլեկտրաէներգետիկ համակարգ փոխանցված էլեկտրաէներգիայի յուրաքանչյուր կիլովատ ժամի համար վճարվում է սպառողների II սակագնային խմբի համար սահմանված սակագնի 80 %-ի չափով:
