Պուտինի թափանցիկ ակնարկը. Հարևանների հետ նոր հարաբերություններ

Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը երեկ անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստ է գումարել և առաջարկել է քննարկել Մոսկվայի հարաբերությունները հետխորհրդային տարածքի երկրների հետ։

«Այժմ մենք կխոսենք մի թեմայի շուրջ, որը մեզ համար առաջնային է արտաքին ոլորտում, դա մեր մերձավոր հարևանների հետխորհրդային տարածքում ձևավորված անկախ պետությունների հետ հարաբերությունների կառուցումն է»,- նշել է Պուտինը, ապա քննարկումը շարունակվել է դռնփակ ռեժիմով։

Ուշագրավը Ռուսաստանի նախագահի հայտարարություններում ձևակերպումն է, նա չի նշում ԱՊՀ-ն կամ այլ ինտեգրացիոն միավորումներ, այլ անվանում դրանք հետխորհրդային տարածքում ձևավորված անկախ պետություններ։ Ըստ էության, ակնհայտ էր, որ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի ընտրություններից և իշխանական ուղղահայացի ամրապնդումից հետո, Ռուսաստանը այլևս սկսելու է զբաղվել բոլոր հետխորհրդային տարածքի երկրներով, վերաիմաստավորելու հարաբերություները, ինչպես նաև՝ դրանք Ռուսաստանից առավել մեծ կախվածության մեջ դնելու համար։

Առաջնահերթ «վտանգի տակ» այս իմաստով Հայաստանն է, որի իշխանությունները հասցրել են փչացնել հարաբերությունները Ռուսաստանի հետ, ընդ որում, այլևս կարծես անդառնալիորեն, և Ռուսաստանն ամեն ինչ անելու է Հայաստանում գործող իշխանություններին փոխելու, Մոսկվայի նկատմամբ ավելի բարյացակամ տրամադրված նոր իշխանություններ հաստատելու համար։

Զարմանալի չէ, որ նախկինում հակառուսական տրամադրություններով աչքի ընկնող Վրաստանում իշխանությունները շատ ավելի խոհեմ և հաշվարկված են գործում, փորձում, ընդհակառակը, բարելավել հարաբերությունները Մոսկվայի հետ՝ արժանանալով Արևմուտքի քննադատություններին։ Թերևս հենց սա է հիմնական հանգամանքը, որը վկայում է՝ Մոսկվան ամենևին էլ ձեռքները ծալած չի սպասելու, որ Փաշինյանը Հայաստանը հանի ԵԱՏՄ-ից, ՀԱՊԿ-ից և ԱՊՀ-ից։
