Վարչապետի թեկնածուի տարբեր անուններ են քննարկվում. Բագրատ Սրբազան

Մեր քայլերի հերթականությունն այն չէր, ինչը եղավ, ուղղակի ժողովրդի ստիպմամբ եղավ. Մենք ծրագրել էինք սահմանազատման գործընթացը դադարեցնելու մասին խոսել: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ մայիսի 10-ին, Հանրապետության հրապարակում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց Տավուշի թեմի առաջնորդ Բագրատ Սրբազանը:

«Բայց ժողովրդի պահանջը այդպիսին էր, ես չէի կարող ուրիշ բանի մասին խոսել, ես պարզապես հնչեցրել եմ  ձեւակերպումը ժողովրդի պահանջի:

Այս շարժումը կենսական նշնակություն ունի մեզ համար: Մենք հասել ենք մի կրիտիկական կետի, որից այն կողմ չենք կարող անցնել: Մեր երկիրը ծվեն-ծվեն լինելով, առանց երաշխիքների, առանց  որեւէ ներքին ու արտաքին անվտանգության վերածբվելու է ուղղակի հողատարածքի: Ես չեմ կարծում, որ մարդիկ ցանկանալու են բնակվել այստեղ: Սա այս փուլում աղետը կանխելու մասին է: Ամբողջ  պատասխանատվությունը իշխանությունների վրա է: Իրենք ամեն միջոց պետք է գործադրեն, որ այս գործընթացը դադարի: Էս մարդիկ ուղղակի պետք է գնան»,-ասաց նա:

Հարցին՝ ո՞ւմ է տեսնում վարչապետի պաշտոնում, Սրբազանը պատասխանեց. «Մենք փորձել ենք գործընթացը հասցնել այս փուլին: Մեր գործը մինչեւ հիմա չի եղել քաղաքական գործընթաց: Հիմա մեր կարծիքով, պետք է քաղաքական գործիչների խորհրդակցության արդյունքում ծրագրվի: Երեկ փորձեցինք խորհրդարանական պատգամավորներին հանդիպել, թե ինչ ձեւերով կգնան գործընթացները: Իրենք պատրաստ են այդ գործընթացը այս փուլում շարունակելու եւ օրինական ճանապարհով փորձելու հասցնել ավարտին: Այդ ժամանակ պահանջվելու է վարչապետի թեկնածու: Այդ ժամանակ էլ երեւի կհնչի:

Անուններ բնականաբար, քննարկվում են, տարբեր անուններ են քննարկվում: Ի վերջո, համաձայնություն կգոյանա, թե ով կլինի, որ անձի շուրջ կգոյանա: Դա երկրորդ փուլն է լինելու: Հիմա ժողովրդին արթնացնելու փուլն է: Այսօր, վաղը, մյուս օրը գործնական քայլերի օրերն են»:

Նա ընդգծեց, որ վարչապետի անունի շուրջ համաձայնություն դեռ չկա. «Խորհրդարանական խմբակցությունները կքննարկեն, որոշակի խորհրդակցություն կլինի, ամբողջ քաղաքական դաշտը միախորհուրդ կլինեն այդ անձի շուրջ եւ կհռչակվի՝ ով է»,-ասաց Բագրատ Սրբազանը՝ հստակեցնելով, որ քննարկումներ գնում են միյն ԱԺ երկու ընդդիմադիր խմբակցությունների հետ, ՔՊ-ի հետ շփում դեռ չկա:

Նշենք, որ վարչապետին անվստահություն հայտնելու մասին Ազգային ժողովի որոշման նախագիծ կարող է ներկայացնել պատգամավորների ընդհանուր թվի առնվազն մեկ երրորդը միայն այն դեպքում, եթե որոշման նախագծով միաժամանակ առաջարկվում է նոր վարչապետի թեկնածու:
