Ազգային արժանապատվության տրիբունալն իր աշխատանքը կսկսի մայիսի 20-ից․ Արշակ Կարապետյան

«Համահայկական ճակատ» կուսակցության հիմնադիր համագումարում «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանն առաջարկել էր ստեղծել Հայոց ազգային արժանապատվության տրիբունալ, որի միջոցով էլ հանրային դատապարտման ենթարկել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին և նրա թիմակիցներին՝ Հայաստանի շահերը վաճառելու ու երկիրը քաոսի վերածելու համար։ Այս տրիբունալի ստեղծման անհրաժեշտությունը Արշակ Կարապետյանը բացատրում է նրանով, որ Հայաստանում գործող դատական համակարգն ունակ չէ գնահատական տալ երկրի ղեկավարի գործունեությանը, ինչի պատճառով 44-օրյա պատերազմում և դրանից հետո կատարած հանցագործությունների և դավաճանությունների մեղավորներն այդպես էլ մնացել են անպատիժ․ «Քանի որ հայ ազգը մեծ ու սփռված է աշխարհով, դրա համար Ազգային արժանապատվության դատարանը ստեղծվում է երկրից դուրս և այդ դատարանի որոշումը, չգիտեմ ինչ կորոշի, լինելու է հրաման՝ կատարելու համար։ Տրիբունալի ստեղծումն արդեն ավարտվել է, մնացել է միայն իր դատապաշտպանի հարցը լուծենք։ Ամենաբարդն այդ հարցն է, գտնել դատապաշտպան, ով կպաշտպանի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի շահերը»։

Արշակ Կարապետյանի առաջարկով տրիբունալի կազմում ընդգրկվելու են աշխարհի տարբեր երկրների անվանի հայ իրավաբաններ, պատմաբաններ և այլ ոլորտների անվանի մասնագետներ, որոնք այդ դատավարության ընթացքում հավաքելու, փաստագրելու և ներկայացնելու են գործող իշխանությունների կատարած հանցանքները և համապատասխան վճիռ են կայացնելու։

«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդը փաստում է․ «Տավուշի մարզում սահմանային սյուների տեղադրումը (սահմանագծումը), որն իրականացվում է օրենսդրական և միջազգային բոլոր նորմերի կոպտագույն խախտումներով, երկրի պաշտպանունակության ապահովման տեսանկյունից շահեկան դիրքերի հանձնումը, սահմանամերձ գյուղերի բնակիչների նկատմամբ իշխանության արհամարհական վերաբերմունքը, մարդկանց անհիմն ձերբակալություններն ու կալանավորումը միայն այն բանի համար, որ նրանք մտահոգություն են հայտնում իրենց երեխաների ապագայի համար, մեր հայրենիքի՝ Հայաստանի շահերի նկատմամբ իշխանական կամավորության, ոչ կոմպետենտության և դավաճանության վառ վկայությունն են»:

Ըստ գեներալ Կարապետյանի Հայաստանի ներկա իշխանությունների բոլոր գործողությունները հակաօրինական են․ «Նախ նրանց կտրվի «Համահայկական ճակատ» կուսակցության կողմից հիմնադրված Հայոց Ազգային արժանապատվության տրիբունալի բարոյաիրավական գնահատականը, իսկ հետո՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քրեական օրենսգրքին համապատասխան իրավական գնահատականը: Սահմանադրության և օրենքի ոտնահարման մեղավորները կանգնելու են դատարանի առաջ»,- նշել է Կարապետյանն ու դիմել Հայաստանի քաղաքացիներին՝ սատարելու տավուշեցիների արդար պայքարը հայրենի հողի համար:

«Իշխանությունների կողմից իրավախախտումների բոլոր փաստերը խնդրում եմ ուղարկել «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժմանը, որպեսզի դրանք քննարկվեն Տրիբունալի կողմից, որը ձևավորվել է և իր աշխատանքը կսկսի 2024 թվականի մայիսի 20-ից»,- եզրափակել է իր խոսքը Արշակ Կարապետյանը։

Թերևս Հայոց Ազգային արժանապատվության տրիբունալի առաջ կանգնելու հեռանկարն այնքան մտահոգիչ է ՀՀ գործող իշխանությունների համար, որ նրանք պաշտպանվելու գործընթացին պատրաստվում են գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանի անվան շուրջ ամենատարբեր շահարկումներով, միֆեր ստեղծելով ու սին մեղադրանքներ հնչեցնելով։
