Նիկոլը չի հոգնում մանիպուլյանել 2018թ. դրությամբ արցախյան հիմնախնդրի կարգավորման գործընթացը՝ հղում անելով և աղավաղելով նաև 2017թ. ապրիլի 17-ին ԱԺ ամբիոնից Սերժ Սարգսյանի հայտնած մտահոգությունները:
Մենք էլ չենք հոգնելու շարունակ պարզաբանել բանակցային իրականությունը, և պնդել, որ 4500 տարվա հայկական Արցախը կործանած և ամբողջությամբ հայաթափած անձը՝ եղել և լինելու է ձախողումների միակ պատասխանատուն ու մեղավորը:
2018թ. դրությամբ, բանակցային գործընթացում թե՛ Հայաստանի, թե՛ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների, և թե՛ միջազգային հանրության համար անվերապահորեն գոյություն ուներ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովրդի կամարտահայտման և ինքնորոշման իրավունքի իրացումը (տես ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ համանախագահող երեք երկրների նախագահների հինգ համատեղ հայտարարությունները):
2018թ. դրությամբ անվերապահորեն գոյություն ուներ խնդիրը միայն խաղաղ կարգավորմամբ լուծելու միջազգային լեգիտիմ պահանջը:

Սերժ Սարգսյանի նախագահության տարիներին արցախյան հիմնախնդրի կարգավորման, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի բնակչության անվտանգության ապահովման, ՀՀ գլոբալ անվտանգության ապահովման, ինչպես նաև Հայոց Ցեղասխանության միջազգային ճանաճման գործընթացները եղել են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության առաջնահերթությունները: ՔՊ-ական կառավարիչներն այս ամենը ֆունդամենտալ կերպով ձախողելուց հետո, հասել են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գոյությունը վտանգելուն և չեն էլ թաքցնում դա:
