Նիկոլն ու Ալիևը ռազմական սադրա՞նք են պատրաստում

Քիչ առաջ մի շատ վստահելի ու բանիմաց մարդ ինձ ասաց, որ, իր հավաստի տեղեկություններով, մի շարք գերտերությունների կողմից Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարություններին հստակ ակնարկել են, որ բացառվի սեփական նախաձեռնությամբ կամ ներքին պայմանավորվածությամբ ցանկացած ռազմական գործողություն, ցանկացած սադրանք, որպեսզի տարածաշրջանում իրավիճակը վերահսկողությունից դուրս չգա:

Այսինքն, ի՞նչ է ստացվում. գերտերությունները կամ դրանցից մի քանիսը, հավանաբար, տեղեկություններ ունեն, որ Նիկոլն ու Ալիևը կարող են կամ պատրաստ են, իրենց «սահմանազատում» օպերացիան տրամաբանական ավարտին հասցնելու նպատակով կամ՝ դրա ձախողման դեպքում, «խաղաղ» գործընթացը տեղափոխել ռազմակա՞ն փուլ:

Ես գրեթե կասկած չունեմ, որ կարող են: Դա տեսել ենք 2020-ին՝ Արցախում, հետո արդեն Հայաստանի սուվերեն տարածքի մի շարք հատվածներում, իսկ ամենավերջինը շրջափակված Արցախի նկատմամբ 2023-ի սեպտեմբերի 19-ի ադրբեջանական «հակաահաբեկչական» գործողությունն էր, երբ Ալիևը ռմբակոծեց Արցախի խախաղ բնակչությանը, իսկ Նիկոլը հայտարարեց, թե չի պատրաստվում պատերազմի մեջ մտնել:

Ի դեպ, նույն աղբյուրը նաև տեղեկացրեց, որ մեր տարածաշրջանում տիեզերական հսկողություն (գուցե նաև հետախուզություն) են կատարում 2 ամերիկյան, 1 ռուսական, 2 ֆրանսիական և 2 իսրայելական արբանյակներ, որոնք հետևում են ադրբեջանական, թուրքական, իրանական զորքերի տեղաշարժերին, դրանց զորակազմերին ու տեխնիկական հագեցվածությանը: Այդ արբանյակների տեխնիկական հնարավորությունը թույլ է տալիս տիեզերքից ֆիքսել նույնիսկ հրանոթի կրակոցի վայրը, ժամն ու արկի հետագիծը՝ մինչև 5 մետր ճշգրտությամբ: Ավելին, որոշակի տեխնիկական հագեցվածության ու հմտությունների առկայության դեպքում, այդ ինֆորմացիան հնարավոր է կարճ ժամանակահատվածում հրապարակայնացնել, ինչպես որ արվել է շատ կոնֆլիկտների ժամանակ:
