Պետական իշխանությունը բռնազավթել է նաև Դատախազությունը. Մենուա Սողոմոնյան

ՀՀ-ում տապալված է իրավակարգը, սահմնադրական կարգը նաև այն պատճառով, որ Դատախազությունն իր տեղում չի գտնվում: Այս իրավիճակում վաղուց արդեն Դատախազությունը քրեական վարույթ պետք  է հարուցած լիներ, դա չպետք է անեին քաղաքացիները:  Սահմանազատումն ու սահմանագծումը արվում են ՀՀ Սահմանադրությանն ու օրենքներին հակասող ձևով: Այս մասին այսօր՝ մայիսի 3-ին, Գլխավոր Դատախազության շենքի մոտ «Հայաքվե» նախաձեռնության իրականացրած բողոքի ակցիայի ժամանակ ասաց  Մենուա Սողոմոնյանը:

«Մեկմու կես տարի առաջ առերևույթ պետական դավաճանության մասին հաղորդում է ներկայացվել, բայց պատշաճ քննություն չի ընթացել, պատճառն այն է, որ այս կառույցը ղեկավարող անձը՝ Աննա Վարդապետյանը քաղաքականացված է»,-ասաց նա՝ հավելելով, որ երբ ՀՀ պետական շահերին ի վնաս ակնհայտ գործողություններ են կատարվում, և դրանք արձանագրվում են լրատվամիջոցների կողմից, սակայն  ոչ մի գործողություն չի նախաձեռնվում, դա խոսում է նրա մասին, որ պետական իշխանությունը բռնազավթել է նաև Դատախազությունը: 

«Ժամեր առաջ Աննա Վարդապետյանը, որը մինչ այս պաշտոն զբաղեցնելը եղել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի օգնականը, արել է հայտարարություն, որտեղ ասել է, որ պատերազմում մեր պարտության պատճառներից մեկն էլ այն է , որ այդ օրերին բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների կանայք առևտուր են արել որոշ երկրներում»,-նշեց «Հայաքվե» նախաձեռնության անդամը՝ շեշտելով, որ դա քաղաքական քայլ է:

Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ «Հայաքվե» նախաձեռնությունը բողոքի ակցիա է իրականացնում գլխավոր դատախազության շենքի դիմաց:

Նախաձեռնության համակարգող Ավետիք Չալաբյանը լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտնել էր, որ Մենուա Սողոմոնյանի հետ միասին այսօր՝մայիսի 3-ին,  հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում է ներկայացրել Դատախազություն:

Հիշեցնենք,  որ մայիսի 2-ին՝ վաղ առավոտյան ժամը 6-ի սահմաններում, ոստիկանության մեծ ուժեր էին ժամանել Կիրանց գյուղ, որտեղից բիրտ ուժ կիրառելով բերման էին ենթարկել ճանապարհը փակած բնակիչներին, այդ թվում անչափահասների:
