70 տարի անց արևային էներգիայի աճի տեմպերը ցնցող են

Աշխարհում առաջին սիլիկոնային վահանակները ստեղծվել են ուղիղ 70 տարի առաջ։
1954 թվականի ապրիլին ամերիկյան հետազոտողները ներկայացրին առաջին` օգտագործման համար պիտանի, արևային վահանակի նախատիպը։ Նրա ՕԳԳ-ն այն ժամանակ կազմում էր մոտ 6 %։ Այդ ժամանակներից շատ բան է փոխվել, իսկ արևային էներգետիկան հասել է իր մասշտաբայնության գագաթնակետին։

70 տարի առաջ «Նյու Յորք թայմս» պարբերականը չէր թաքցնում իր էնտուզիազմը․
«Այս գյուտը կարող է խորհրդանշել նորարարական դարաշրջան` գրեթե անսահման արևային էներգիայի օգտագործման հարցում»,- նշել էր թերթը, սակայն անցան տասնամյակներ մինչ այդ ցանկությունը իրական շերտեր սկսեց ստանալ։

Արևային էներգետիկայի իրական գլոբալ աճը սկսվել է վերջին 10 տարիների ընթացքում։ Եթե 2004 թվականին աշխարհում 1 տարում տեղադրել էին 1 գեգավատ հզորությամբ արևային վահանակներ, ապա արդեն 2010 թվականին 1 գեգավատի վահանակներ տեղադրում էին ամեն ամիս։ 2015 թվականին 1 գեգավատ հզորություն տեղադրում էին ամեն շաբաթ, իսկ այժմ արդեն նույնքան տեղադրում են 1 օրվա ընթացքում։

Գերմանացի հետազոտողների գնահատումներով` արդեն այս տասնամյակի վերջին, տարեկան կարող է տեղադրվել 1 տեռավատ հզորություն, կամ օրական 3 գեգավատից ավելի։

70 տարի առաջ ամերիկացի գիտնականներ Դերիլ Չապինի, Ջերալդ Փիրսոնի և Քելվին Ֆուլլերի ստեղծած սարքավորումը նպատակ ուներ էներգիայի հուսալի աղբյուր ստեղծել հեռավոր հեռախոսային համակարգերի համար, որոնց սովորական մարտկոցները արդյունավետ չէին, այդ ժամանակ արևային վահանակներ սարքում էին նաև սելենից, սակայն դրա ՕԳԳ-ն շատ ավելի փոքր էր և գիտնականները դադարեցին դրանով զբաղվել։
