Հայոց ազգային արժանապատվության տրիբունալը քննելու է 2018 թվականից հետո փաշինյանական վարչախմբի կատարած հանցագործությունները․ Արշակ Կարապետյան

«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժումը առաջիկայում հրապարակելու է Հայոց ազգային արժանապատվության տրիբունալի կազմը, ինչպես նաև աշխատանքի ուղղությունները, և փաշինյանական վարչախմբին լուրջ անականկալներ են սպասվում։

Շարժումն ու նրա առաջնորդ Արշակ Կարապետյանն այժմ ձեռնպահ են մնում տրիբունալի կազմում ընդգրկված անձանց անունները հրապարակելուց, որպեսզի նախքան քննությունը սկսելը, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին չհաջողվի ճնշումների ենթարկել այդ մարդկանց, ընդ որում Կարապետյանն այդ հարցում հակված է գնալու ռիսկային տարբերակի, այն է տրիբունալի կազմում ընդգրկել իրավաբանների՝ ոչ միայն մեր երկրից, այլ նաև, Հայաստանից բացի՝ Սփյուռքի տարբեր գաղթօջախներից անվանի իրավաբանների, լուրջ մասնագետների, որոնք կարող են ապահովել տրիբունալի անաչառությունը։

Եթե, Հայաստանի իշխանություններն արդեն հնարավորություն չունեն ազդելու Ռուսաստանում ապրողների վրա, որտեղ առանց այն էլ գործող վարչախմբի նկատմամբ չափազանց վատ վերաբերմունք կա, ապա փաշինյանական իշխանությունը հնարավորություն ունի ճնշումների ենթարկել Հայաստանում բնակվող իրավաբաններին, չհաշված արևմտյան երկրներում ապրող իրավաբաններին, որոնց նկատմամբ ճնշումները կարող են կազմակերպվել այդ երկրների հակառուսական իշխանությունների կողմից։ Այդուհանդերձ, բազմաթիվ անվանի և լուրջ իրավաբաններ, իրենց գործի իսկական գիտակներ, հաշվի առնելով գործի կարևորությունն ու արժեքը, պատրաստ են հաղթահարել բոլոր տիպի ճնշումները և մասնակցել Հայոց ազգային արժանապատվության տրիբունալի աշխատանքներին՝ հասկանալով, որ դա թե՛ իրենց արժանապատվության հարցն է, թե՛ իրենց կյանքի ամենակարևոր իրավական գործընթացներից մեկը։

Տրիբունալը քննելու է 2018 թվականից հետո փաշինյանական վարչախմբի կատարած հանցագործությունները, իսկ դրանց ծավալն ահռելի է, ուստի առաջին փուլում կկենտրոնանան 44-օրյա պատերազմի հետևանքներին, պատերազմի ընթացքում գործող իշխանությունների վարած քաղաքականությանը և դրանից հետո Հայաստանի բանակի մարտունակությունը չվերականգնելու, հայկական բանակին հարվածներ հասցնելու՝ գործող իշխանությունների վարքին։
