Իշխանության սիրելի բազմակի ստանդարտները. «յուրայինների» արյունը կապո՞ւյտ է. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Սպասելի էր, որ փաշինյանական իշխանությունները, առաջին հերթին՝ ռեակցիոնռեպրեսիվ օրգանները կայծակնային արագությամբ կարձագանքեն ՔՊ-ի յուրային քարոզչամիջոցի ներկայացուցչի հետ ԱԺ տարածքում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպին: Այդպես էլ եղավ. քպականների տոտալ աղմուկի ֆոնին Քննչական կոմիտեն «արագի մեջ» վարույթ է նախաձեռնել: Անկասկած է, որ անթույլատրելի է բռնության ցանկացած դրսևորում, ցանկացած ճնշում, առավել ևս լրագրողի նկատմամբ, որը պայմանավորված է նրա աշխատանքային ու մասնագիտական գործունեության հետ: Թե հատկապես ինչ է կատարվել խորհրդարանում, թող պարզի քննությունը, որի անկողմնակալությունն, ինչ խոսք, խիստ կասկածելի է:

Բայց նույնիսկ դա չէ հարցը: Հարցն այն է, որ հերթական անգամ կիրառվում են այս իշխանության համար սիրելի ու սովորական դարձած բազմակի ստանդարտներ: Ինչո՞ւ նույն քպականներն ու նրանց մերձ շրջանակները ճիշտ նույն կերպ չէին արձագանքում, դատապարտում այլ լրագրողների նկատմամբ բռնություններն ու ճնշումները, ինչո՞ւ իրավապահները վարույթ չէին նախաձեռնում: Օրինակնե՞ր: Դրանք բազմաթիվ են: Հայաստանի ժուռնալիստների միությունն, օրինակ՝ մի քանի դեպք է հիշեցրել իր հայտարարության մեջ:

ԱԺ գործող փոխնախագահ Հակոբ Արշակյանը սրճարանում հարվածեց լրագրող Փայլակ Ֆահրադյանին ու կոտրեց նրա համակարգիչը: «5-րդ ալիքի» լրագրող Կարինե Մանգասարյանին ԱԺ-ում քպական պատգամավորներ Արթուր Հովհաննիսյանն ու Քրիստինե Պողոսյանը փողոցային բառապաշարով սպառնացին ու քաշեցին վերջինիս միկրոֆոնը՝ փորձելով գցել այն: Լրագրողներ Անի Գևորգյանին ու Սյուզի Բադոյանին ԱԺ նախագահի հրահանգով ոստիկանները տառացիորեն քարշ տալով դուրս բերեցին ԱԺ շենքից:

Տավուշում անմարդկային կերպով, ձեռնաշղթաներով գետնին նետեցին Անի Գևորգյանի օպերատոր Ջանիբեկ Խաչատրյանին: ՔՊ-ական պատգամավոր Խաչատուր Սուքիասյանը, սանձարձակ վարքագիծ դրսևորելով, վիրավորեց «Առավոտ» օրաթերթի լրագրող Հռիփսիմե Ջեբեջյանին: Նույն Հռիփսիմե Ջեբեջյանի ու Անի Գևորգյանի նկատմամբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ասուլիսից հետո իսկական տեռոր սկսվեց: Ոստիկաններն օրերս հրեցին ու գցեցին Oragir.news. am կայքի լրագրող Անի Ներկարարյանին: Ընդ որում, վերը նշված օրինակներն ամբողջական չեն: Եվ բոլոր այդ դեպքերում... ոչ մի իրավական հետևանք, ոչ մի դատապարտում: Ավելին, իշխանությունների քարոզչամեքենան նման դեպքերում ակտիվանում և արդարացնում էր նման պահվածքը «ոչ յուրային» լրագրողների նկատմամբ: Իսկ հիմա հանկարծ բոլոր լեզուները բացվել են, իրավապահ համակարգն էլ նույնիսկ քրեական վարույթ է նախաձեռնել:

Կրկնում ենք, բացարձակ անընդունելի է ցանկացած բռնություն: Բայց դա պետք է գործի բոլորի համար հավասարապես: Թե չէ ստացվում է՝ ոմանց արյունը կապույտ է կամ ընդունված «խմբերից» տարբերվող...
