Ուշագրավ շարժեր խոշոր հարկատուների ցանկում. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն հրապարակել է 2024թ. հունվար-մարտ ամիսների՝ Հայաստանի 1000 խոշոր հարկ վճարողների կողմից վճարված հարկերի և տուրքերի ցուցանիշները։ Ընդհանրապես, այս ցանկը տնտեսագետները համարում են յուրատեսակ հայելի՝ առարկայորեն պատկերացնելու Հայաստանի տնտեսության իրական վիճակը: Միևնույն ժամանակ, կարծիք կա, որ տարվա առաջին եռամսյակի տվյալներն ամբողջական ու լիարժեք պատկեր որոշ առումներով չեն տալիս՝ կապված օբյեկտիվ ու սուբյեկտիվ առանձին հանգամանքների հետ, և տարվա ընթացքում հատկապես առաջատարների շրջանում կարող են էական փոփոխություններ լինել:

Այդուամենայնիվ, այս տարվա առաջին կիսամյակի տվյալներն ինքնին բավական հետաքրքիր են: Նախ՝ ամենամեծ անակնկալը կարելի է համարել այն, որ առաջին անգամ խոշոր հարկատուների ցանկը գլխավորում է ներմուծմամբ և վաճառքով զբաղվող կազմակերպությունը, այս դեպքում՝ «Մոբայլ սենթր» ընկերությունը, որը 2023 թվականի առաջին եռամսյակի տվյալներով 7-րդն էր, իսկ 2023 թվականի տարեկան արդյունքներով՝ 4-րդը: Երկրորդը «Գազպրոմ Արմենիան» է, որը նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ մեկ հորիզոնական իջել է, 2023 թ. տարեկան արդյունքների համեմատ՝ նույնքան վեր բարձրացել:

Ի դեպ, խոշոր հարկատուների՝ վերջին տարիների անփոփոխ առաջատար ԶՊՄԿ-ն այս անգամ երրորդն է։ «Բանն այն է, որ առաջին եռամսյակում չեն արտացոլվում տարեկան հաշվետվությունները, որոնք, ըստ հարկային օրենսգրքի, ներկայացվում են ապրիլին, և տարեկան վճարների մեծ մասը՝ ռոյալթիի և շահութահարկի մասով, արվում է այդ ամսին։ Այսպես, միայն ապրիլին ԶՊՄԿ-ն վճարել է մոտ 30 միլիարդ դրամի հարկ»,-պարզաբանել է ըներությունը՝ հավելելով, որ այսօր արդեն վստահաբար կարելի է կանխատեսել, որ հաջորդ եռամսյակում ԶՊՄԿ վճարած հարկերը մի քանի անգամ կգերազանցեն առաջին եռամսյակի հարկերը։ Շարունակում են առաջատարների շարքերում լինել բանկերը:

Ի մասնավորի առաջին 15-յակում միանգամից երկու բանկ կա՝ «Ակբա բանկը» (13-րդ) և «Ամերիա» բանկը (14-րդ հորիզոնական): Նրանց հետևում է «Արդշինբանկը», որը 22-րդ հորիզոնականում է: Նույնը կարելի է ասել նաև կապի օպերատորների մասին, որոնք ևս առաջատարների մեջ են: «Վիվա Արմենիան» 8-րդն է, «Յուքոմը»՝ 28-րդը, «Տելեկոմ Արմենիան»՝ 31-րդը: Հետաքրքիր է, որ ամենամեծ առաջընթացն ունեցել են ոլորտային երկու արտադրողներ: «Սիգարոնը» 2023 թ. նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ վեր է բարձրացել 45 հորիզոնականով, 2023 թ. տարեկան արդյունքների համեմատ՝ 33: 2023 թ. հունվար-մարտի համեմատ միանգամից 50 հորիզոնականով, իսկ 2024 թ. հունվար-դեկտեմբերի համեմատ՝ 30 հորիզոնականով առաջադիմել է Հայաստանի մսամթերքի արտադրության առաջատար «Աթենքը»:
