Ահաբեկված ու ծեծված «Քաղաքացու օր» չի կարող լինել

Սեփական ժողովրդի դեմ ոստիկանական տեռոր իրականացնող վարչախումբը այսօր տոնում է իր իսկ հռչակած «Քաղաքացու օրը»։ Փաշինյանը սրտաճմլիկ մի տեքստ է երկնել, որպիսին նույնիսկ Հայոց ցեղասպանության զոհերի հիշատակի օրը չէր բարեհաճել անել։

«Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում իշխանությունը պատկանում է ժողովրդին: Այդ բանաձևն այլևս անշրջելի իրողություն է Հայաստանում»,- ասում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, որի իշխանությունը տակավին երեկ լուսաձայնային նռնակներ էր օգտագործում Տավուշում, գյուղացիների դեմ։

«Գիտեինք նաև, որ ոմանք մեզ կենվոր են համարում մեր իսկ տանը, և այդ ընկալումն ամրագրելու բազմաթիվ պայմաններ են ապահովել: 2018 թվականին մենք որոշեցինք լինել տանտեր, առանց մտածելու դրա հետևանքների մասին:

Ոչ թե առանց հասկանալու չմտածեցինք դրա հետևանքների մասին, այլ հասկանալով չմտածեցինք, որովհետև ինքդ դու լինելու հետևանքների մասին մտածելու մասին մտածելն անիմաստ է. դու պարզապես պիտի որոշես՝ ուզո՞ւմ ես դու լինել, թե՞ ոչ». Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի այս միտքն էլ բնորոշում է այն վերաբերմունքը, որ գործող վարչախումբն ունի Հայաստան երկրի նկատմամբ, որ հանուն սեփական որկորի պատրաստ են ամեն ինչի՝ չմտածելով հետևանքների մասին:

Իսկ ծեծված, նսեմացված, պատերազմում պարտված, բռնությունների ենթարկված քաղաքացին ոչ «հպարտ», ոչ էլ «ազատ» կարող է լինել։ Հպարտ և ազատ լինելու ճանապարհ այսօր Հայաստանում կա, մեկն է՝ գործող վարչախմբի օր առաջ հեռացումն ու պատասխանատվության ենթարկելն է, նոր, իրապես ազգային իշխանություններ ունենալն է, Հայաստանը պատերազմի հետևանքների անդունդից դուրս բերելն է, զարգացման հիմքերի վրա դնելն է։ Հպարտ քաղաքացի և Նիկոլ Փաշինյան հասկացություններն անհամատեղելի են։
