Փաշինյանը պատրաստ է գազ գնել նույնիսկ Ադրբեջանից՝ չհասկանալով դրա հետևանքները

Իրենց հակառուսական հիստերիայի ծիրում գործող վարչախմբի ներկայացուցիչներն անցել են չափազանց վտանգավոր և անխոհեմ հայտարարություններ անելուն, իսկ Բաքուն ամեն կերպ խայծեր է նետում դրա համար։

Օրեր առաջ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը չէր բացառել, որ Հայաստանը հնարավոր է գազ ձեռք բերի Ադրբեջանից։ Հայաստանի ԱԺ նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանն արձագանքել էր, նշել, թե Երևանը պետք է քննարկի Ադրբեջանից գազ գնելու հարցը։ Սիմոնյանին երկրորդել էր ԱԺ Տնտեսական հարցերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Բաբկեն Թունյանը՝ հայտարարելով, թե Հայաստանն այս պահին Ադրբեջանից գազ գնելու հարց իր օրակարգում չունի։

«Իմ ունեցած տեղեկություններով՝ ոչ մի նախնական պայմանավորվածություն չկա: Նման քննարկումներ չեն եղել: Բայց եթե կա որևէ երկիր, որը գազ է վաճառում, և կա երկիր, որը գազի կարիք ունի, և, եթե չկա դրա համար խոչընդոտ, ապա ամեն բան քննարկելի է: Բայց այս պահին որևէ պայմանավորվածություն կամ նախնական ինչ-որ համաձայնություն չկա»,- ասել էր պատգամավորը:

Ավելին, ՔՊ-ականները վստահ են, որ Ադրբեջանից գազ գնելը անվտանգային ռիսկեր չի պարունակում։ Մինչդեռ հենց նույն ՔՊ-ականներն են օրումեջ հայտարարում, թե միայն Ռուսաստանից գազ գնելու փաստը աշխարհաքաղաքական վտանգներ է պարունակում։ Փորձագետներն ընդգծում են՝ նույնիսկ եթե փաշինյանական վարչախումբը Ռուսաստանի փոխարեն գազը գնի Ադրբեջանից, դրանով ահռելի լծակներ կտա Բաքվին։ Ադրբեջանը գազի գինը փոփոխելով, կտրելով, անջատելով՝ կկարողանա ազդել Հայաստանի ներքաղաքական պրոցեսների վրա։

Թեպետ, կարելի է արձանագրել, որ այսօր էլ առանց խոչընդոտների ազդում է այդ պրոցեսների վրա։ Ռուսական կողմը արձագանքել է ՀՀ իշխող ուժի ներկայացուցիչների անհեթեթ հայտարարություններին։ Ադրբեջանական SOCAR-ի նախագահ Նաջաֆի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ «Գազպրոմի» նախագահ Ալեքսեյ Միլլերը հատուկ ընդգծել է Հայաստան բնական գազի մատակարարման գործում Մոսկվայի հետևողականությունն ու կարևոր դերակատարումը՝ նշելով, որ Բաքուն լավագույն դեպքում կարող է առանձին տեխնիկական խնդիրների լուծման համար հանդես գալ որպես Ռուսաստան-Հայաստան էներգետիկ երկխոսության մասնակից։

Ոչ ավելին։ Սա նաև նախազգուշացում է հայկական կողմին, որ անհրաժեշտության պահին ՌԴ-ն կարող է կտրել նաև Հայաստան մտնող գազը։
