Իրավապաշտպանները բացահայտում են վարչախմբի ստերը

Միջազգային իրավապաշտպան կառույցները մեկը մյուսի հետևից Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վարչախմբին մեղադրում են մարդու իրավունքների կոպիտ խախտումների մեջ։ Օրերս հրապարակված ԱՄՆ պետդեպարտամենտի զեկույցը Հայաստանի իշխանություններին մեղադրում է ոչ միայն ոստիկանական բռնությունների, այլ նաև դատական համակարգի լիակատար այլասերման մեջ։

Հայաստանի իշխանություններին քննադատել և Հայաստանի վարկանիշը նվազեցրել էր նաև «Ֆրիդոմ հաուս» միջազգային իրավապաշտպան կազմակերպութունը։ Երեկ էլ արդեն մեկ այլ իրավապաշտպան կազմակերպություն՝ «Ամնեստի ինտերնեյշնըլը», նոր տարեկան զեկույց է հրապարակել, ուր փաստել է ոստիկանական բաժանմունքներում կիրառվող բռնութունները, լրագրողների նկատմամբ իրականացվող հետապնդումներն ու բռնաճնշումները։ Մինչ Փաշինյանը փորձում է Հայաստանը ներկայացնել որպես ժողովրդավարության բաստիոն, հենց Արևմուտքն է արձանագրում բոլոր խախտումները, այդ կերպ վկայելով, որ Փաշինյանի միակ «բրենդը»՝ ժողովրդավարությունը, վաղուց այլևս գոյություն չունի, և իրականում, ինքը՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, ճոռոմ խոսքերի ուղեկցությամբ Հայաստանը տանում է դեպի բռնապետություն։

Արդյո՞ք միջազգային կառույցների այս զեկույցները ազդակ կլինեն գործող իշխանությունների համար, իրենց փոքր-ինչ ավելի զուսպ պահելու, վստահաբար՝ ոչ, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ինքն էլ հասկանում է, որ այսօր իր իշխանությունը կարող է ևս մի կարճ ժամանակ պահել միայն հանրության նկատմամբ բռնություններով։ Եվ երեկ բռնությունների հերթական ալիքն է արձանագրվել. Ազատության հրապարակի մերձակայքից՝ փողոց փակելու համար դաժանաբար ծեծվել և ոստիկանական բաժանմունքներ են տեղափոխվել ԱԺԲ 96 անդամներ:
