Ի՞նչ կապ ունեին Արայիկ Հարությունյանի հարցազրույցի անոնսն ու հետագա «զարգացումները». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Այս տարվա մարտի սկզբին ադրբեջանական հեռուստաընկերություններից մեկը տեսանյութ-անոնս էր հրապարակել ադրբեջանցիների կողմից առևանգված և Բաքվի բանտում ապօրինաբար պահվող Արցախի նախկին նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի հետ հարցազրույցի մասին։ Հարցազրույցի բովանդակության մասին ոչինչ ասված չէր, չնայած որ հայտարարում էին ծավալուն հարցազրույցի մասին:

Դեռ այդ օրերին թե՛ հայաստանյան, թե՛ արցախյան քաղաքական շրջանակներն անհանգստություն էին հայտնում, իսկ իշխանական շրջանակները մատնանշում էին, որ Ալիևի ռեժիմը սպառնալիքների ներքո կարող էր նրան պարտադրել անել հայտարարություններ, որոնք կարող են ծանր հետևանքներ առաջացնել Հայաստանի և հայ ժողովրդի համար։ Սակայն ուշագրավ է, որ իրենց լրատվականներում ռեզոնանսային անոնս անելուց հետո այդ հարցազրույցն այդպես էլ չհրապարակայնացվեց:

Փոխարենը այդ անոնսից ուղիղ երկու օր անց ասուլիս տվեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և խոսեց Տավուշից տարածքներ հանձնելու մեկնարկի մասին՝ շեշտելով, որ դրանք երբեք Հայաստանինը չեն եղել: Եվս վեց օր անց նա «արագի մեջ» այցելեց Տավուշ՝ հանդիպելու Ոսկեպարի, Բաղանիսի և հարակից բնակավայրերի բնակիչների հետ։ Իրականում հանդիպումը նեղ շրջանակի հետ էր՝ նախապես ընտրված ցանկով, սակայն տպավորություն էր, որ անձամբ գնում, հանդիպում, համոզում էր: Եվս մեկ անգամ այդ բնակավայրեր Փաշինյանն այցելեց վեց օր առաջ, խոստացավ բաներ, որոնց լրիվ հակառակի մասին հայտնի դարձավ այդ հանդիպումների հաջորդ իսկ օրը՝ ԱԳՆ հայտարարությամբ ու վարչապետի աշխատակազմի «պարզաբանմամբ»:

Թե որքանով են միմյանց հետ կապված այս իրադարձությունները, ցույց կտա ժամանակը. փորձագիտական շրջանակները չեն բացառում, որ Ալիևի ռեժիմը կարող էր Արայիկ Հարությունյանի հարցազրույցն օգտագործել որպես կոմպրոմատ կամ շանտաժի հերթական միջոց՝ արագացնելու նշյալ տարածքների հանձնման գործընթացը: Իսկ թե ինչ է ասել Արայիկ Հարությունյանը, դժվար է նույնիսկ կանխատեսել...
