Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը Բաքվում հացադուլ է հայտարարել. նա պահանջում է բոլոր հայ բանտարկյալների անհապաղ արձակումը․ Մանե Թանդիլյան

«Ապրելու Երկիր» կուսակցության նախագահ Մանե Թանդիլյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․

Ապօրինաբար կալանավորված Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը հացադուլ է հայտարարել՝ պահանջելով անհապաղ և անվերապահորեն ազատ արձակել իրեն և Բաքվում ապօրինաբար պահվող մյուս հայ բանտարկյալներին։
 
Հացադուլը նա սկսել է 2024 թ. ապրիլի 5-ին, որը հաջորդել է միջազգային իրավական չափանիշներին համապատասխան, ժամանակին և արդար ու թափանցիկ դատավարություն ապահովելու վերաբերյալ Վարդանյանի և նրա փաստաբանի բազմաթիվ դիմումներին։ Հատկանշական է, որ հացադուլն սկսելուց հետո դադարեցվել են ընտանիքի հետ նրա հեռախոսազանգերը՝ բացահայտորեն խախտելով միջազգային իրավունքի բոլոր նորմերը։ Հարկ է նշել, որ հունվարին սպասվող դատաքննությունն առանց պատճառի տեղափոխվել է մինչև մայիս:
 
Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի ընտանիքը պահանջում է.
 
1. Անհապաղ և անվերապահորեն ազատ արձակել ապօրինաբար կալանավորված բոլոր հայ բանտարկյալներին, այդ թվում՝ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանին։
 
2. Ապօրինի դատավարությունները կայանալու դեպքում դրանք պետք է տեղի ունենան մինչև մայիսին բանտարկյալների կալանքի ժամկետների լրանալը, պետք է համապատասխանեն համաշխարհային իրավական չափանիշներին, և միջազգային դիտորդներին ու լրատվամիջոցներին պետք է թույլատրվի մասնակցել դրանց:
 
3. Ադրբեջանի կառավարությունը պետք է անհապաղ մուտքի հնարավորություն տա Միջազգային կարմիր խաչին՝ Ռուբենի և մյուս բանտարկյալների վիճակը գնահատելու համար։ Պետք է վերականգվի Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի հետ ընտանիքի հեռախոսակապը։
 
4. Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև ցանկացած խաղաղ համաձայնագիր պետք է ներառի բոլոր հայ բանտարկյալների ազատ արձակումը:
 
5. ՄԱԿ-ի կլիմայի փոփոխության կոնֆերանսը՝ COP 29-ը չպետք է տեղի ունենա Ադրբեջանում՝ առանց նշված քայլերի իրագործման:
