Հայաստանին չնչին գումար է հատկացվում, որը վարչախմբի կողմից ներկայացվում է իբրև ահռելի մի օգնություն

Մինչ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները փորձում են ներկայացնել, թե Եվրամիությունից և ԱՄՆ-ից գումարներ են ստանալու Հայաստանի ռազմական հզորությունն ավելացնելու համար, առայժմ հաջողվել է նախնական համաձայնություն ձեռք բերել Եվրամիության խաղաղության հիմնադրամից Հայաստանին օգնություն տրամադրելու շուրջ, ընդ որում, Երևանին հատկացվելու է ընդամենը 10 միլիոն եվրո, որը պետք է ծախսվի 30 ամսվա ընթացքում։
 
Գումարը, ըստ «Ազատության» ձեռքին հայտնված փաստաթղթերի, պետք է տրամադրվի մեկ գումարտակի համար նախատեսված դաշտային մոդուլային ճամբար ստեղծելու համար, որը կներառի նաև մեկ բժշկական օգնության ամբուլատորիա, ինչպես և համապատասխան ծառայություններ ու կարողություններ։ Մի կողմից, իհարկե, կարելի է գնահատել Եվրամիության՝ Հայաստանին օգնելու մղումները, մյուս կողմից, սակայն, սա չափազանց ցածր ցուցանիշ է և ավելի շուտ ծաղր է հիշեցնում։
 
Ընդհանրապես, ռազմական հզորության և հավասարակշռության վերականգնման համար Հայաստանին անհրաժեշտ է մի քանի միլիարդ դոլար։ Ադրբեջանի տարեկան ռազմական բյուջեն գերազանցում է 3 միլիարդ դոլարը, և թշնամի պետությունն առանց դադարի զենք է գնում Թուրքիայից, Իսրայելից, Բուլղարիայից, այլ պետություններից, իսկ Հայաստանին ընդամենը չնչին գումար է հատկացվում, որը գործող վարչախմբի կողմից ներկայացվում է իբրև ահռելի մի օգնություն։
 
Եվրամիության համար, իհարկե, լավ է մի քանի գրոշ շպրտելով՝ տպավորություն ստեղծել, թե օգնում են վերականգնել Հայաստանի ռազմական հզորությունը, բայց այս կերպ Հայաստանը Ռուսաստանի ազդեցության գոտուց հանելով ու դեմ հանդիման թողնելով Ադրբեջանին՝ ընդամենը հանրության մեջ սին հույսեր են առաջացնում, իսկ դրա հետևանքները մենք արդեն իսկ տեսել ենք 2020 թվականի 44-օրյա պատերազմի ընթացքում։ Նույնիսկ Եվրամիության և ամերիկյան առաջատար փորձագետներն են քննադատում Հայաստանին հատկացված օգնության ծավալները, նշում, որ դրանով ոչ թե կարգավորում են խնդիրը, այլ, հակառակը նոր վտանգների առաջ կանգնեցնում Հայաստանը։
