Փաշինյանը գնում է բոլորովին հակառակ ուղղությամբ՝ նոր վտանգների տակ դնելով Հայաստանը. Արշակ Կարապետյան

Ռուսաստանը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից դուրս է բերում իր խաղաղապահ զորախումբը։ Երեկ անսպասելի տեղեկություն հայտնվեց ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցներում, որ ռուսները լքել են իրենց դիտակետը Քարվաճառի Դադիվանքի մոտ և վանքի «պաշտպանությունը» հանձնել ադրբեջանական ոստիկանությանը։ Ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցները նաև տեղեկություն տարածեցին, թե ռուսական զորախումբը փուլային տարբերակով լքում է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը, Դաղստանի սահմանով ընդհանրապես հեռանում է Ադրբեջանից։

Տեղեկությունը կարճ ժամանակ անց հաստատեց թե՛ Կրեմլը՝ Դմիտրի Պեսկովի բերանով, և թե՛ Ադրբեջանը՝ Ալիևի օգնական Հիքմեթ Հաջիևի շուրթերով։ Ըստ Հաջիևի՝ երկու երկրների ղեկավարությունները որոշում են կայացրել Ադրբեջանի տարածքից ՌԴ խաղաղապահների վաղաժամկետ դուրսբերման մասին, գործընթացն արդեն սկսվել է։

Խաղաղապահները Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի տարածքում հայտնվել էին 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ին ստորագրված եռակողմ հայտարարության համաձայն և այդ տարածքում պետք է մնային մինչև 2025 թվականը։ Ո՞րն է այս հապճեպության պատճառը, և ինչո՞ւ Ռուսաստանը դուրս է գալիս առանց առնվազն իր իրավունքների մասին բարձրաձայնելու։

Խաղաղապահ զորախմբի դուրսբերումը մեկնաբանել է Ռուսաստանի դաշնության խորհրդի արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի նախագահ, նախկին փոխարտգործնախարար Գրիգորի Կարասինը՝ նշելով, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից ՌԴ խաղաղապահների դուրսբերումը Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից այդ տարածքն Ադրբեջանի մաս ճանաչելու տրամաբանական հետևանքն է։ «Ուժով սիրելի չես դառնա»,- պնդել է Կարասինը. «Այն բանից հետո, երբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի շուրթերով Ղարաբաղյան խնդիրը հանգուցալուծվեց, մեր խաղաղապահների՝ Ադրբեջանում մնալ-չմնալու հարցը քննարկվում էր Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարության հետ ուղղակի շփումների շրջանակում, և խաղաղապահների փուլառփուլ դուրս բերման մասին որոշում կայացվեց»։

Արևմտյան լրատվամիջոցներն էլ փորձագիտական կարծիք են հայտնում, թե Արևմուտքն է կանգնած Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի տարածքից ռուս խաղաղապահների դուրսբերման գործընթացի թիկունքում, որպեսզի համոզված լինի, որ Հայաստանն առնվազն չի հետապնդում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի բնակչության վերադարձի խնդիր։ Ըստ էության՝ համոզիչ են թվում, թե՛ Գրիգորի Կարասինի, թե՛ մյուս ռուս փորձագետների ու քաղաքական գործիչների գնահատականները։ Չի բացառվում, որ Հայաստանի իշխանություններն առաջիկայում դնեն նաև 102-րդ ռուսական ռազմակայանի՝ Հայաստանի տարածքից հեռանալու հարցը, առավել ևս, որ Փաշինյանը պահանջել է ռուս սահմանապահներին օգոստոսի 1-ից արդեն դուրս գալ «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանի տարածքից, և ամեն ինչ անում է ռուսական ներկայությունը Հարավային Կովկասում զրոյի հավասարեցնելու համար։

«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանն իր հարցազրույցներում բազմիցս նշել է, որ Հայաստանի հետ հաշվի են նստում միայն այն բանի համար, որ մեր երկրում է գտնվում ռուսական զորախումբը, իսկ դրա դուրս բերումից հետո այլևս Հայաստանը որևէ մեկին, այդ թվում իր արևմտյան նոր հովանավորներին, պետք չի գալու, ընդամենն այսօր հարկավոր է ավելի ամրապնդել դաշնակցային հարաբերությունները Ռուսաստանի հետ, փոխարենը՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը գնում է բոլորովին հակառակ ուղղությամբ՝ նոր վտանգների տակ դնելով Հայաստանը։
