10 տարի առաջ այս օրը ՀՀ վարչապետ նշանակվեց Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը. ինչո՞վ է աչքի ընկել նրա պաշտոնավարումը

Past.am-ը գրում է. 

Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը ՀՀ 13-րդ վարչապետն էր և կառավարությունը ղեկավարել է 29 ամիս: Այդ ժամակահատվածն աչքի է ընկել ինչպես երկրի ներքին կայունությամբ, այնպես էլ տնտեսության մի շարք ուղղություններով արձանագրված աճով:

Մասնավորապես, ըստ ԱՎԾ-ի՝ Հ. Աբրահամյանի պաշտոնավարման առաջին տարում նվազել է աղքատության ցուցանիշը՝ կազմելով 30%: Նվազման միտումը պահպանվել է, և 2015-ի տարեվերջին աղքատության ցուցանիշը նվազել է ևս 2%-ով՝ հասնելով 28%-ի:

Դրական զարգացումներ են արձանագրվել նաև գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում. 2013 թվականին գյուղատնտեսության համախառն արտադրանքի ծավալը կազմել է մոտ 919.9 մլրդ դրամ, 2015-ին՝ 1.2 տրիլիոն դրամ. երկու տարվա կտրվածքով ոլորտում գրանցվել է 9% աճ:

Կտրուկ աճել է կենսաթոշակի միջին չափը՝ 2013 թվականի 29.122 դրամից 2015-ին հասնելով 40.441-ի:

Կառավարության առաջնահերթություններից էր նաև հանրապետության սահմանային գոտու զարգացումը: Վարչապետ Աբրահամյանը բազմիցս նշել է, որ սահմանամերձ գյուղերը գտնվում են կառավարության ուշադրության կենտրոնում, և նախատեսվում է այդ համայնքներում հաստատել ազատ տնտեսական գոտի, ինչը կնպաստի ներդրումների ներգրավմանն ու նոր աշխատատեղերի ստեղծմանը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը իր քաղաքական գործունեությունն սկսել է ՀՀ անկախության առաջին շրջանից, երբ 1995 թ. ընտրվեց ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի առաջին գումարման պատգամավոր։ Նույն թվականին ստանձնել է Արտաշատի քաղաքային խորհրդի գործադիր կոմիտեի նախագահի պաշտոնը։ 1996-1998 թթ. Արտաշատի համայնքապետն էր։ 1998 թվականին նշանակվել է Արարատի մարզպետ։

Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը 2000 թվականին նշանակվել է Քաղաքաշինական գործունեության և տարածքային վարչության կենտրոնացման գծով նախարար ու որպես գերատեսչության ղեկավար ընդգրկվել է Հայաստանի Անվտանգության խորհրդի կազմում։

Նրան էին հանձնվել նաև տասը մարզերի և Երևան քաղաքի տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ղեկավարների գործունեության անմիջական վերահսկողության պարտականությունները։ 2000-2008 թվականներին Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը եղել է Տարածքային կառավարման նախարար։ 2007-2008 թվականներին զբաղեցրել է ՀՀ փոխվարչապետի պաշտոնը։

2008 թվականի ապրիլի 21-ին ՀՀ Նախագահի հրամանագրով նշանակվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Նախագահի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար: 2012 թվականի մայիսի 31-ին Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն ընտրվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հինգերորդ գումարման Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ:
