Արցախի հանձնումը դավաճանություն էր մեր երկրի ղեկավարության կողմից. Արշակ Կարապետյան

«Վախկոտ մարդը միայն կարող է իր ընդդիմախոսին այնպիսի վիճակի հասցնել, որ վերջինս այլևս չխոսի»։ «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, գեներալ Արշակ Կարապետյանն այսպես է գնահատում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և նրա իշխանության քաղաքականությունը, նշում, որ գործող իշխանությունները տեղով վախկոտ են և այդ պատճառով էլ բռնաճնշումներ ու հետապնդումներ են իրականացնում իրենց ընդդիմախոսների դեմ։ «Համահայկական ճակատն», ըստ Արշակ Կարապետյանի, ասում է. «Վեշերդ հավաքիր և գնա, ո՜չ դու, ո՜չ կողքիդ քսերոքսները չեն կարողանում երկիր ղեկավարել։ Կողքինները չեն հասկանում, որ իրենք էլ պատասխանատվությունից չեն խուսափելու»: Արշակ Կարապետյանը հիշեցրել է, պապական խոսքը. «Պաշտոնը ուրիշի ձի է, այսօր դու ես քշում, վաղը ուրիշը կքշի…», և վաղը գործող իշխանությունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ ավելի վատ են վարվելու։

Մասնավորապես անդրադառնալով բանակում ստեղծված իրավիճակին՝ Կարապետյանը նշում է, թե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հրամանատարներին բանավոր հրաման է տալիս ինչ-որ ապօրինություն կատարելու, ապա հրաժարվում, որ հրաման է տվել, և բազմավաստակ զինվորականներին կալանավորում ու դատապարտում են։ Արցախի հանձնման մասին խոսելով՝ «Համահայկական ճակատը» շարժման առաջնորդը նշում է, որ իր տեղեկություններով՝ մոտ 5 միլիարդ դոլարի զինամթերք է թողնվել Արցախում։ «Արցախի հանձնումը դավաճանություն էր մեր երկրի ղեկավարության կողմից։ Պատկերացրեք արցախցիների վիճակը, որ չորս կողմից շրջապատված էին, ու Հայաստանի ղեկավարն ասում է՝ դա ձեր հողը չէ»,- նշել է գեներալ Կարապետյանը, և հիշեցրել, որ իշխանության գալուց հետո Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը բազմիցս ասել է, որ Արցախի հարցը լուծելու են հանրային քվեարկությամբ, սակայն ոչինչ չի արել, խաբել է ժողովրդին և արցախցիներին և բոլորիս։ Ըստ Արշակ Կարապետյանի՝ պատմությունը կրկնվում է, բայց իրենց քաղաքական ուժն ամեն ինչ անելու է, որպեսզի շատ բան փոխվի, իսկ բանակում իրավիճակ փոխելու համար առաջնահերթ պիտի գործող իշխանությունները հեռանան։ «Բանակում պետք է ծառայեն և պաշտոններ զբաղեցնեն կրթված, փորձառու սպաներ՝ սկսած պաշտպանության նախարարից, վերջացրած լեյտենանտով։ Միայն այդ պայմաններում կարող ենք ունենալ նորմալ և հզոր բանակ»,- ասում է «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանը։
