Վարչախումբը ձգտում է ամեն գնով փակել ռուսական հեռուստաալիքները

Հայաստանի գործող իշխանություններն, ըստ ամենայնի, մտադիր չեն բավարարվել 2 հաղորդումների հեռարձակումը Հայաստանում արգելափակելով. մտադիր են ընդհուպ հասնել հայ-ռուսական միջկառավարական համաձայնագրի միակողմանի խզմանը։

Բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արդյունաբերության նախարար Մխիթար Հայրապետյանը խորհրդարանի ամբիոնից հայտարարել է, թե Հայաստանը կարող է դիտարկել համաձայնագրի միակողմանի խզելու տարբերակը։

Հույս հայտնելով, որ միջկառավարական համաձայնագրի խմբագրման վերաբերյալ հայկական կողմի առաջարկները կընդունվեն, Հայրապետյանը նշել է, որ չընդունվելու դեպքում, չի բացառվում համաձայնագիրը խզելու հավանականությունը։

Երկու շաբաթ առաջ հայտարարվեց «Երեկոն Վլադիմիր Սոլովյովի հետ» և «Կիրակի երեկոն Վլադիմիր Սոլովյովի հետ» հաղորդումների հեռարձակումն արգելափակելու մասին։

Հայաստանի գործող իշխանություներին քննադատում է ոչ միայն Սոլովյովը, այլ նաև ռուսական պետական և Հայաստանում հեռարձակվող երեք հեռուստաալիքների եթերներում տարբեր հաղորդավարներ։ Եվ գործող վարչախումբն ամեն ինչ անում է ռուսական հեռուստաալիքները հանրային մուլտիպլեքսից վտարելու, ինչպես նաև կաբելային հեռուստատեսություններին պարտադրելու` դրանց հեռարձակումը դադարեցնելու հարցում։

Ուստի` ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, ռուսական կողմին այնպիսի պայմաններ էր ներկայացվել, որ Մոսկվան պարզապես հրաժարվելու է ընդունել այդ պայմանները, և հասնելու են նրան, որ բոլոր ալիքների հեռարձակումը դադարեցվի։

Փաշինյանն անձամբ է նախարարի պաշտոնում Մխիթար Հայրապետյանի նշանակումից հետո զբաղվում այս խնդիրներով՝ փորձելով այդ կերպ ցույց տալ, որ ինքն է իրավիճակի տերը և կարողանում է Հայաստանում անել ցանկացած բան, ինչ խելքին փչում է, առավել ևս, որ Հայաստանում ռուսական ալիքները փակելու, ռուսական լրատվամիջոցների համար խնդիրներ հարուցելու պարտավորություն նա ստանձնել է իր արևմտյան հովանավորների առջև։
