Երևանում 23 համարի ավտոբուսի վարորդը չզգուշացնելով քշել է՝ ճզմել-քարշ տալով ուղևորուհուն

Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում Մեսրոպ Մակյանի նախագահությամբ ավարտվել է Արմեն Հովհաննիսյանի գործի դատական քննությունը:

54-ամյա Արմենը վարել է 23 համարի ավտոբուսը:

Նրան մեղադրանք էր առաջադրված ՃԵԿ պահանջների խախտման արդյունքում տուժող ուղևորուհու առողջությանը ծանր վնաս հասցնելու և դեպքի վայրից հեռանալու համար՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 242 հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 244 հոդվածով:

Ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ 2017 թվականի փետրվարի 3-ին, ժամը 12-ի սահմաններում Արմեն Հովհաննիսյանը 23 համար «Բոգդան» ավտոբուսը վարել է Մաշտոցի պողոտայով՝ Խորենացու փողոցի կողմից դեպի Թումանյան փողոց:

Հասնելով Մաշտոցի 20 շենքի մոտի կանգառին՝ վարորդը կանգնեցրել է ավտոբուսը, սակայն կատարել է օրենքին ու ՃԵԿ-ի պահանջներին հակասող գործողություններ՝ ուղևորուհի Անահիտի՝ ավտոբուսից իջնելու ժամանակ Արմեն Հովհաննիսյանը փակել է ավտոբուսի դռներն ու վերսկսկել է երթևեկությունը՝ համոզված չլինելով, որ ուղևորուհին իջել է ավտոբուսից:

Արդյունքում ուղևորուհին վայր է ընկել, նրա առողջությանը անզգուշությամբ պատճառվել է ծանր վնաս, իսկ Արմեն Հովհաննիսյանը թողել է պատահարի վայրն ու հեռացել է:

Նույն օրը Արմեն Հովհաննիսյանն ինքնակամ ներկայացել է քննչական վարչություն:

Դատարանում Արմենն իրեն մեղավոր է ճանաչել, նրա միջնորդությամբ գործը քննվել է արագացված կարգով:

Տուժողը չի առարկել այդ կարգի կիրառման դեմ, սակայն նշել է, որ թեև Արմեն Հովհաննիսյանի նկատմամբ բողոք, պահանջ չունի, բայց չի հաշտվում նրա հետ, ցանկանում է, որ նա ենթարկվի քրեական պատասխանատվության:

Դատարանը հաշվի է առել Արմեն Հովհաննիսյանի կատարած արարքների հանրային վտանգավորության աստիճանը, նրան մեղավոր է ճանաչել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 242 հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 244 հոդվածով:
