Совет Европы представит пакет мер реагирования на приток беженцев в Армению с бюджетом в 2,8 млн евро

Совет Европы 11 апреля представит комплексный пакет мер реагирования на приток беженцев в Армению, общий бюджет которого составляет 2,8 миллиона евро. 

Как передает «Арменпресс», со ссылкой на сообщение офиса Совета Европы в Республике Армения, пакет  был составлен на основе результатов, полученных во время визита специального представителя генерального секретаря Совета Европы по вопросам миграции и беженцев в Армению 11-13 октября 2023 года. Вместе с властями Армении были определены конкретные сферы оказания помощи Армении в соответствии с планом действий Совета Европы в Армении  в 2023-2026 гг. и планом действий по защите уязвимых лиц в контексте миграции и предоставляния убежища в 2021-2025 гг. 

В рамках пакета мер реагирования, который является неотъемлемой частью плана действий Совета Европы в Армении в 2023-2026 гг.,  Совет Европы отмечает защиту прав насильственно перемещенных в Армении лиц в 2023 году, защиту прав детей и женщин-беженцев, особенно из уязвимых групп, поддержку общин, принявших беженцев, учреждений по защите прав человека, полноценную интеграцию медицинских работников из Нагорного Карабаха в систему здравоохранения Армении, а также предоставление им психологической помощи. 

В рамках пакета мер реагирования Совет Европы инициировал четыре новые программы и в две текущие программы включил дополнительные компоненты.
