Հերթական հակառուսական քայլն Արարատ Միրզոյանի կողմից

Արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանն ապրիլի 12-ին Մինսկում կայանալիք ԱՊՀ երկրների արտգործնախարարների խորհրդի նիստին չի մասնակցելու։

ԱԳՆ-ի մամուլի քարտուղարը մի քանի լրատվամիջոցների հարցմանն ի պատասխան` տեղեկությունը հաստատել է։

Առաջին դեպքը չէ, երբ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները հրաժարվում են մասնակցել ԱՊՀ-ի կամ ՀԱՊԿ-ի միջոցառումներին։

Անցած ողջ տարվա ընթացքում էլ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները չեն մասնակցել ՀԱՊԿ գագաթնաժողովներին, իսկ նոյեմբերին` Փաշինյանն ու իր կառավարության անդամներն ամբողջ կազմով մերժել էին ՀԱՊԿ գագաթնաժողովը։

Միայն տարեվերջին Փաշինյանը ներկայացել և մասնակցել էր ԱՊՀ ոչ պաշտոնական գագաթնաժողովին, այն էլ այն պատճառով, որ հաջորդ օրը տեղի էր ունենալու ԵԱՏՄ գագաթնաժողովը և Հայաստանը նախագահում էր այդ կառույցում։

Այժմ, հատկապես բրյուսելյան հանդիպումից հետո, այլևս որևէ փոխզիջում հայկական կողմը չի տեսնում և շարունակում է իր հակառուսական քաղաքականությունը։ Միրզոյանի փոխարեն այդ հանդիպմանը կմասնակցի Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարար Ջեյհուն Բայրամովը. Ադրբեջանը ևս ԱՊՀ անդամ է։

Տեղեկություններ չկային` արդյոք Ռուսաստանը պատրաստվում էր Բայրամով-Միրզոյան հանդիպում կազմակերպել երկկողմ կամ եռակողմ ձևաչափով։

Ըստ էության` Միրզոյանն այս դեմարշով հերթական անգամ փորձել է խուսափել Սերգեյ Լավրովի հետ հանդիպումից, բայց փոխարենը կարող էր անձամբ գնալ և իր մտահոգությունները հայտնել ԱՊՀ-ին, հատկապես ՀԱՊԿ վերջին հայտարարությունից հետո, երբ ռազմաքաղաքական դաշինքը, ըստ Հայաստանի իշխանությունների, հրաժարվել է ճանաչել Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածքը։

Ի վերջո, Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները` հարցերը դեմառդեմ ձևաչափով լուծելու, քննարկելու և բարձրացնելու փոխարեն, նախընտրում են պարզապես փախուստը՝ չհասկանալով, որ դրանով ավելի վատ վիճակում են դնում իրենք իրենց։
