ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն Ադրբեջանին կոչ է անում դադարեցնել իրադրության սրմանը հասնելու գործողությունները

Ապրիլի 5-ի լույս 6-ի գիշերն Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության զինված ուժերի սադրիչ գործողություններն արդարացում չունեն: Սահմանի բազմաթիվ հատվածներում անկանոն կրակահերթեր բացելով՝ մի քանի տասնյակ զինվորական ավտոմեքենաների շարժերով Ադրբեջանն ակնհայտորեն հետապնդել է սադրիչ նպատակ. Հայաստանի Հանրապետության զինված ուժերի ստորաբաժանումներին դրդել համանման հակադարձ գործողությունների, վերջին շրջանի ադրբեջանական ապատեղեկատվությունը «հիմնավորող» փաստեր ստանալու համար:

Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ից:

«Հայաստանի Հանրապետության զինված ուժերի ստորաբաժանումները, գնահատելով իրադրությունը, հետագա սրմանը նպաստող գործողություններ չեն արել, ինչից հետո իրադրությունը սահմանագծում հանդարտվել է:

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը վերահաստատում է, որ Հայաստանը տարածաշրջանում իրադրության սրմամբ հետաքրքրված չէ և Ադրբեջանին կոչ է անում դադարեցնել իրադրության սրմանը հասնելու գործողությունները:

Չարդարացված ենք համարում նաև Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխան տարածքում պաշտպանական կառույցների ստեղծման վերաբերյալ Ադրբեջանի գնահատականները, քանի որ բանակի և բանակային ենթակառուցվածքների բարեփոխումները ցանկացած երկրի ինքնիշխան իրավունքն է: Միևնույն ժամանակ հիշեցնում ենք, որ Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան պետական սահմանից զորքերի հայելային հետքաշման, սպառազինությունների վերահսկման փոխադարձ մեխանիզմների ներդրման, չհարձակման պայմանագիր կնքելու, պետական սահմանին հարակից տարածքներն ապառազմականացնելու Հայաստանի Հանրապետության առաջարկները Ադրբեջանի կողմից շարունակում են մնալ անարձագանք:

Անհասկանալի են նաև Հայաստանին ուղղված մեղադրանքները պաշտպանական նպատակներով սպառազինությունների ձեռքբերման առիթով, որովհետև Ադրբեջանը Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունից անգամներով ավել սպառազինություն է ձեռքբերում, ինչի մասին Հայաստանը համապարփակ տեղեկատվություն է ստանում:

Այս առիթով պաշտոնապես վերահաստատում ենք Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նվիրումը խաղաղության օրակարգին, ինչպես նաև դրանից բխող սպառազինությունների փոխադարձ վերահսկման մեխանիզմների ստեղծման և երկու երկրների միջև սահմանի հարակից տարածքներն ապառազմականացնելու` Ադրբեջանին ուղղված մեր առաջարկը»:
