Ֆինանսական խարդախությունները թափ են հավաքում. նորանոր մեխանիզմներ են գործարկվում. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Գնալով ավելի ու ավելի շատ մարդիկ են դառնում ֆինանսական խարդախությունների զոհ՝ կորցնելով հսկայական գումարներ: Ավելին, խարդախները ժամանակ առ ժամանակ նորանոր տարբերակներ են «մոգոնում» և մարդկանց գցում իրենց ծուղակը: «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, բացի արդեն «հանրահայտ» դարձած մեխանիզմից, երբ ինչ-որ բան գնելու և գումար փոխանցելու անվան տակ իբր «Հայփոստի», իսկ իրականում «Հայփոստի» հետ որևէ կապ չունեցող էջով կորզում են բանկային տվյալներ ու հափշտակում գումարներ, վերջին շրջանում նոր մեխանիզմներ են ի հայտ եկել: Առաջիկայում մենք կանդրադառնանք դրանցից մի քանիսին՝ մեր քաղաքացիներին հերթական անգամ տեղեկացնելու զեղծարարության մասին և հնարավորինս նրանց հետ պահելու նման ծուղակներից:

Օրինակ՝ օրերս ոստիկանությունը տեղեկացրեց, որ բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիներ հայկական հեռախոսահամարներից ստացել են SMS հաղորդագրություններ, որոնցով նրանց առաջարկել են առցանց աշխատանք՝ խոստանալով օրական մինչև 20 000 ՀՀ դրամ եկամուտ։ Կոնտակտային անձը ներկայանում է իբրև ամերիկյան կազմակերպության ներկայացուցիչ, որն իր գործունեությունը ծավալում է ամբողջ աշխարհում, այդ թվում՝ Հայաստանում։ Արդյունքում լրացնելով անձնական տվյալները՝ մարդիկ դառնում են խաբեության զոհ և ունենում ֆինանսական կորուստներ։ Մեր տեղեկություններով, վերջին օրերին նույնաբովանդակ նամակներ են ստացվում նաև «դրսի» հեռախոսահամարներից, օրինակ՝ +880 կոդով (Բանգլադեշ):

Հաջորդ մեխանիզմը, որ խարդախները կիրառում են վերջին շրջանում, վերաբերում է իբր վարկի չեղարկմանը: Զեղծարարները կապ են հաստատում քաղաքացու հետ, ընդ որում՝ տվյալ անձի բանկի հեռախոսահամարին շատ նման հեռախոսահամարից, ներկայանում որպես բանկի աշխատակից և հայտնում, որ քաղաքացու անունով ձևակերպվել են վարկեր, որոնց չեղարկման նպատակով պետք է անցնել հղմամբ: Այնուհետև զեղծարարներն ուղղորդում են նշված հղման միջոցով մուտք գործել տվյալ անձին սպասարկող բանկի օնլայն համակարգ և ինքնուրույն չեղարկել վարկերը։ Բնականաբար, այդպիսով մարդիկ զեղծարարներին հասանելի են դարձնում իրենց մուտքային տվյալները, ինչից հետո խարդախները յուրացնում են նրանց գումարները: Ավելին, կարող են նաև օնլայն վարկեր ձևակերպվել: Մեր տեղեկություններով, բավական տարածված են նաև իբր «ներդրումների» անվան տակ կատարվող հափշտակությունները, որի մեխանիզմներին կանդրադառնանք առաջիկայում:
