«Շառից-փորձանքից հեռու». Խաչատուրյանին առաջարկեցին ՍԴ-ի համար

Հայաստանի դատավորների ընդհանուր ժողովը Սահմանադրական դատարանի դատավորի թափուր տեղի համար առաջարկել է, ներկայումս ԲԴԽ անդամի թեկնածությունից հրաժարված, Դավիթ Խաչատուրյանի թեկնածությունը։

Նախորդ նիստում դատավորները կողմ էին արտահայտվել այդ պաշտոնի համար Դավիթ Բալայանի թեկնածությանը, վերջինս համակարգում հայտնի է որպես անկաշառ և անկախ դատավոր, թեպետ եղբայրը՝ Տիգրան Բալայանը, դեսպանն է Բրյուսելում և Եվրամիությունում, իսկ մի եղբայրն էլ եղել է պաշտպանության փոխնախարարը։

Ազգային ժողովի «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության սրտով չէր Դավիթ Բալայանի թեկնածությունը և ամեն ինչ արեցին, որպեսզի նրա ընտրությունը հարամեն և խափանեն։ Ի վերջո, դատավորների ընդհանուր ժողովը արդեն ընտրել է Դավիթ Խաչատուրյանի թեկնածությունը։

Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի նախագահ Սասուն Խաչատրյանի եղբայրը ուշագրավ սորոսական անցյալ ունի, եղել է այդ կազմակերպության ղեկավարներից մեկը, իսկ 2018 թվականի իշխանափոխությունից հետո՝ տեղավորվել Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդում։ Այժմ էլ գործուղվում է Սահմանադրական դատարան՝ ՍԴ-ն վերջնականապես Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի տակ մտցնելու խորը ցանկությամբ։

Թե որն է պատճառը, որ դատավորներն այս անգամ նման որոշում են կայացրել, չի հայտարարվում։ Ըստ երևույթին դատավորներն իրենք էլ հասկացել են, որ իշխանությունը փակուղու առաջ է կանգնեցնում իրենց և ներկայացրած ցանկացած նորմալ թեկնածություն անպայման խորհրդարանում արգելափակվելու է։

Թերևս որոշել են շառից փորձանքից հեռու, իշխանության հետ գլուխ չդնել և առաջարկել իշխանության նախընտրելի թեկնածուին։ Սա նաև վկայում է դատաիրավական համակարգում Փաշինյանի գործողությունների հետևանքների մասին։

Վաղուց այլևս չափազանց անկախ դատավորների մեծ մասը լքել է համակարգը, շատերն էլ դարձել են գործող իշխանության կամակատարները։
