Հայաստանի ներկայիս իշխանությունները իզուր են համեմատում հայկական հին քաղաքակրթությունը, որն ունի դարավոր պատմություն, Եվրամիության հետ, որի գործերն այսօր անկեղծորեն վատ են: Այս մասին հայտարարել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան։

«Ես այսօր տեսա մեր զրույցի ամփոփագիրը և տեսա Հայաստանի պաշտոնական կառույցների ներկայացուցիչներից մեկի մեջբերումը, ով ասում էր, որ Հայաստանը եվրոպական ժողովրդավարական և որոշ այլ արժեքների կրողն է», - ասել է նա «Զվեզդա» հեռուստաալիքի եթերում։

«Գիտե՞ք ինչն է ինձ զարմացնում։ Ինչո՞ւ են Երևանում գործող իշխանությունների ներկայացուցիչներն այդպես հովանավորում, Ինչո՞ւ են հին հայկական քաղաքակրթությունը՝ իր գոյություն ունեցող մշակույթով, պատմությամբ, պետականությամբ, որը եղել է, եվրոպական ժողովրդավարությունից շատ առաջ, համեմատում ներկայիս Եվրամիության հետ, որն իսկապես փակուղում է: Եվ հենց սրա մասին են նրանք խոսում, երբ մեջբերում են եվրոպական ժողովրդավարության մասին խոսքեր»։
