Հայաստանի ֆուտբոլի մինչև 19 տարեկանների հավաքականի նախկին դարպասապահ Արմեն Ֆիշյանը Ստավրոպոլի երկրամասում վրաերթի ենթարկել է ճանապարհային ոստիկանության աշխատակցին և վարորդին։

Մարզիկը վթարի վայրից հեռացել է իր՝ տրանզիտ համարանիշներ ունեցող «Գելենդվագենով» ։ Նրան ձերբակալելու համար կիրառվել է «Перехват» պլանը։ Հայտնել է Shot տելեգրամյան ալիքը։

Վթարը տեղի է ունեցել մարտի 23-ի առավոտյան։ Արմեն Ֆիշյանն իր ամենագնացով ընթանալիս է եղել Միներալնիե Վոդի ուղղությամբ։ Կովկասյան մայրուղու 284-րդ կիլոմետրում նա ձախ գոտուց թեթևակի շարժվել է դեպի միջնագիծ, որտեղ հարվածել է ոստիկանության լեյտենանտին և Priora-ի վարորդին, որին կանգնեցրած է եղել Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության աշխատակիցը՝ տուգանք նշանակելու համար։ Վթարի հետևանքով երկուսն էլ մահացել են։

Ըստ ալիքի՝ վթարից անմիջապես հետո Ֆիշյանը դեպքի վայրից փախուստի է դիմել, սակայն 60 կիլոմետր անցնելուց հետո նրան բռնել են ու բերման ենթարկել։ Ձերբակալության ժամանակ նա պնդել է, որ ոչ մեկին չի հարվածել, սակայն չի կարողացել բացատրել, թե որտեղ է արյունը մեքենայի վրա։ Նրա դեմ գործ է հարուցվել «Ճանապարհային երթևեկության և տրանսպորտային միջոցների շահագործման կանոնները խախտելը» հոդվածով, նրան սպառնում է մինչև 15 տարվա ազատազրկում։

Արմեն Ֆիշյանը Հայաստանի ֆուտբոլի երիտասարդական հավաքականների նախկին դարպասապահն է։ Տարիների ընթացքում հանդես է եկել «Փյունիկի» երիտասարդական թիմում և «Միկա» ակումբում։ Նա իր պրոֆեսիոնալ կարիերան ավարտել է 2016թ. Դրանից հետո նա խաղացել է մինի ֆուտբոլի ակումբներում։
