Ի՞նչ է սպասվում Բրյուսելում ապրիլի 5-ին

Որքան մոտենում է ապրիլի 5-ին Բրյուսելում կայանալիք հանդիպումը, այնքան ավելի ու ավելի գաղտնազերծվում են այդ հանդիպման իրական նպատակները։

Եթե Արևմուտքն ավելի վաղ հայտարարում էր, թե այդ հանդիպմանը քննարկելու են Հայստանին նոր պաշտպանական հնարավորություններ տալու,Հայաստանի դիմակայունությունը բարձրացնելու հարցեր, ապա այժմ պարզապես նշում են, որ դրանք վերաբերվելու են Հայաստանի տնտեսական հնարավորությունների բարձրացմանը։

Եվրամիության դիվանագիտական գերատեսչության խոսնակ Պիտեր Ստանոն ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցների հարցերին ի պատասխան նշել է, թե այդ բանակցությունները նվիրված չեն անվտանգության երաշխիքներին։ Նման պնդումներ արվել էին հայկական կողմից, անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանն էր այդպիսի հայտարարություն արել։

-Ճիշտ չէ, որ նիստը նվիրված է լինելու անվտանգության երաշխիքներին, այն բացի ԵՄ, ԱՄՆ, Հայաստան եռակողմ ու երկկողմ հարաբերություններից, այլ հարցեր չի քննարկի, այսինքն Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև խաղաղ բանակցությունների և հարաբերությունների կարգավորմանը վերաբերող հարցերը չեն քննարկվի։ Հիմնական ուշադրութունը կենտրոնացած կլինի Հայաստանի տնտեսական կայունությանը և այդ երկրի հետ հարաբերություններին,- ասել է Պիտեր Ստանոն։

Գրեթե նույնական հայտարարություն է արել ԱՄՆ Պետդեպի մամուլի քարտուղար Միլլերը՝ ասելով, որ բրյուսելյան հանդիպումը պետք է կենտրոնանա Հայաստանի տնտեսական դիմակայունության վրա։

Մինչ Արևմուտքը փորձում է մեղմել հռետորաբանությունն այդ հանդիմանն ընդառաջ, Հայաստանի իշխանությունները սեփական հանրությանը առնվազն խաբում և ապրիլհինգյան բանակցությունները ներկայացնում են որպես Հայասատանի պաշտպանունակությունը բարձրացնելու գրեթե միակ հեքիաթային միջոց։

Նման քաղաքականութունը առաջին հերթին վտանգավոր է հենց Արևմուտքի համար։ Իրականությանն անհամապատասխան հույսեր արթնացնելով ՀՀ բնակչության շրջանում՝ Արևմուտքն ինքը սպառնում է հիասթափության նոր ալիքի պատճառ դառնալ և խաթարել վերջին շրջանում ԱՄՆ և Եվրամիության նկատմամբ հանրության բարձրացած հավատը։
