Ո՞վ է փչացնում հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները

Ապրիլի 5-ին Բրյուսելում կայանալիք հանդիպումից առաջ Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ-ն արձանագրել է, որ Հայաստանն ամեն գնով փորձում է փլուզել հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները։

ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը «Իզվեստիային» տված հարցազրույցում նշել է , թե Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի հարաբերություններում ստեղծված իրավիճակը լավատեսություն չի ներշնչում՝ պայմանավորված Հայաստանի իշխանությունների դիրքորոշմամբ, որը միտումնավոր փլուզում է հարաբերությունները Ռուսաստանի հետ, սևացնում է Գյումրիի 102-րդ ռազմաբազայում ծառայող ռուս զինվորականների, սահմանապահների, ինչպես նաև՝ ՀԱՊԿ գործունեությունը։

Հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություններում առկա վիճակը, իհարկե, մտահոգիչ է և դա պետք է առաջին հերթին մտահոգի հենց Ռուսաստանին։ Այս առումով մեղքը միայն հայկական կողմի վրա բարդելը սխալ կլինի, ոչ ոք ավելի շատ ջանք չի գործադրել հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները հիմնովին փչացնելու ուղղությամբ, որքան նույն Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ մամուլի խոսնակ Մարիա Զախարովան։ 

Նախօրեին կայացած ճեպազրույցում հայ լրագրողի խնդրանքով Զախարովան մեկնաբանել է երրորդ երկրի տարածքով հացահատիկային միջանցքի շրջանակներում, Ադրբեջանի կողմից Ուկրաինային ավելի քան 130 հրետանային կայանների մատակարարման մասին տեղեկատվութունը։ Չափազանց մեղմ տոներով Զախարովան նշել էր, որ նման բոլոր տեղեկությունները մանրակրկիտ ստուգվում են Ռուսաստանի համապատասխան գերատեսչությունների կողմից։ Նշելով, թե դա սկզբունքային թեմա է Ռուսաստանի համար, Զախարովան պնդել է, որ իրենք ուշադիր հետևում են բոլոր երկրների քայլերին:  Սակայն նրա հաջորդիվ արված արտահայտությունը, իրականում ապացուցում է, որ Զախարովան միտումնավոր է քայլեր ձեռնարկում հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները փչացնելուն։

-Գլխավորն այն է, որպեսզի Հայաստանի մասին նման բան չհայտնվի,այ դա արդեն ահավոր կլինի,- նշել է Զախարովան՝ փաստացի, արձանագրելով երկակի ստանդարտներ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ իր սեփական վերաբերմունքում։

Հայաստանը Ռուսաստանի ռազմավարական դաշնակիցն է և, նման երկակի ստանդարտներ դնելով, ցույց տալով, որ Ռուսաստանը պատրաստ է ներել Ադրբեջանին մի բանի համար, որի պարագայում Հայաստանին չի ների, հերթական բաժանարար գիծն է դրվում հայ- ռուսական հարաբերություններում։
